in my experience very few builders ever put on the tool belt. They were car salesmen, restaurant owners, jewelry store owners, got the whole biz from their fathers n things like. The true builders i worked for were excellent carpenters n knew their shit. So you have to understand that these characters were totally reliant on the trades they had doing the actual work. also i only had one builder who paid me right away. i could walk in his office to drop off bills for roofing n siding on eight houses( i liked to bill him like this cause the checks were pretty largecore) n he would cut me a check immediately n then thank me for saving him the stamp cause he didn’t have to mail it. A true gentleman to work for n if everyone was like that i would not be owed over $50k in various bills n builders. But the fast payer was on a tear of about 8 yrs of consistently building 100 or more houses each yr. He was my best account by far n no matter what when he had a house ready i had a crew there the day he asked. Every trade was like that for him n we all did excellent work cause we were happy n that spread from the mason to carpenters to me n on. Nobody was hacking it up cause the foundation was crazy out of square n the plans were shit n framing was rough etc. Unfortunately that’s not how the business is. I had guys that paid every 90 days( allegedly) n worse- some waited till they closed on house to pay. total scums. obviously the work quality suffered for these guys.The biggest thing to look for with builders is that they are cheap!! They will hire the cheapest trades n get awful work done. They are especially cheap with materials. That’s what u need to look out for. They’ll lie n say how they had same trades fir yrs n they used same materials on their own home. Lies. I’ve pulled up to measure houses n saw framers cutting rafters tails back with a chainsaw. A chainsaw. The fascia gets nailed to the tails( where the gutter go on eave of roof) To finish the fascia i’d use aluminum capping or sometimes composite wood or rarely real finished wood. It would come out terrible no matter what. cant make chicken soup outta chicken shit.So u want to know not just the materials used( even quality names like anderson windows always have a bottom of the barrel model that is just a cheap build with shit glass n a nice anderson sticker. All materials are like that. maybe not the worst of worst but not their best or even mid grade materials. So research what builder wants to use n then make sure he’s giving u that. It’ll be hard to restart the trades cause most guys won’t have any lettering on their vehicles. The plumbers n electricians will.Another thing is builders can be greedy n want to finish house fast as possible to get that closing money. U don’t want things rushed. I’ve seen them pour the basement n garage floor much too early n the backfill isn’t settle n u get cracks everywhere. sometimes realty big ones. I’d tryn get a hose n sprinkler n wet n wet n wet the basement n garage. pack that earth down where it’s gonna eventually settle. prevent cracks. also weather pending if the framing gets soaked or humid etc n they sheetrock m spackle too quick u can get cracks in the rock after it’s painted n it can look nasty. i’ve seen places like that get repaired n crack again.Careful with everything in kitchen n bath n washer n dryer. they like cheap n models that are discontinued are a favorite to them. garbage cabinets n vanities that literally fall apart in a yr or two. garbage fixtures that just drip n acrylic tubs that have gouges in them. Careful of leaks in basement n other areas. go there after it’s rained a few days in a row n it’s raining that day as well. u want the ground to be so full of water that the hydraulic pressure is really building. if ur basements gonna leak it’ll happen then. make sure everything works. i’ve seen people move in n couldn’t open all their windows not just cause of cheap models but cause they weren’t level or a header sagged a little n now there’s too much weight on a corner. same with doors. look for any daylight comin through when doors shut. i’m sure there’s more but u get itThere are good prideful builders out there but like any other business they few n far between. also believe me the trades want to be able to do a quality job they can be proud of but i’d the builder is sabotaging them they can’t.Research the builder n see if there’s any complaints filed. Also maybe ask to see other houses he did n go check em out n talk to the people living there. They’ll be help. It’s not hard to find out peoples reputations. one thing is people love to talk n gossip.And like anything else remember that everybody’s nice when they taking u money. That doesn’t mean he will honor anything or come back to repair anything.I forget how long they have to warranty it. X amount on all the appliances n X on the labor but it’s not long.Best wishes

Although honestly there are quite a lot of beings even more powerful, such as Mxyzlptlk.In the Injustice Storyline, ol Mxy decided to put his cards in with Superman and to this end he decided to possess the body and role of the specter.So in reality, mxyzptlk and all other six times higher dimensional beings are way more powerful.
