If you plan on same day release make sure you coordinate a landing time that is before 3PM Hawaii timeOne important note for pickup that they don't tell you is you are NOT ALLOWED to remove your dog from the crate on airport property. This means you need a car that allows you to put the crate, assembled with the dog into in your car.One final note- I hired a service (http://www.akonapet.com/) to help with all of this- it made it MUCH easier than it would have been otherwise, and I had so much other stuff to worry about at the time that it was worth the extra $600 (for two dogs).

(about a 25% fatality rate.)At worst, COVID-19 has a fatality rate of between 1–5%.What makes it so pernicious is that it spreads with tremendous ease, and it has a long incubation period during which it is contagious, making tracing and isolating very difficult.There is no need to insinuate anything sinister about this virus and its connection to Wuhan. We are surrounded viruses, and the animals that serve as their reservoirs.

Testing. AI may have been instrumental in developing the vaccines, but they are now in testing. Further development of vaccines don’t require AI, they require testing. The test procedure is that which is used in a normal environment. Rules and regulations are bureaucratic in the extreme. Test subjects, test administrators, and everybody involved are protected from danger.The procedures and regulations are for normal infections. And they take a year.I noticed on the Moderna site that many workers at their research facility are working from home and they have implemented isolation techniques to protect their employees from harm. From their press release:“Moderna’s paramount obligation is to ensure the safety of all participants in its clinical programs and the integrity of the studies in which they participate. “Bullshit! Their paramount obligation is to find an effective vaccine for C-19 as fast as possible. This is where the President should enter the fray.——————-The President should tell Moderna and all the others that they should move at flank speed to get a vaccine going. The government will cover law suits arising from troubles. The government will cover their ass if they develop a vaccine that isn’t safe or effective. Move, soldier! Take that machine gun emplacement.Stop with the AI. Stop with the models. Move out, platoon. A year, my ass!Take Moderna’s vaccine, mRNA-1273, and vaccinate Douglas county Kansas, where I live. 100,000 people. See if the virus is arrested. See if there are bad side effects.Repeat this with other vaccines in other counties in the US. Find an answer in a month and if it works, have the capability to make 500,000 doses per day already set up. Ramp that up to 2 million doses per day in another month.How do you do that? Take labs that are making measles vaccines, rabies vaccines, MMR vaccines and convert them to C-19 vaccine shops. Ditto for all other vaccines. Measles, for example, is not epidemic. After two or three months, go back to measles, but starting right now, make C-19 vaccines. Move! Give these folks the vaccine first, so they don’t get the virus. Or they do get the virus because the vaccine isn’t effective. Well, then they shut down. And some people die. They die as heroes.Also in a parallel development, put together vaccination delivery procedures in every county in the country. Drive through or walk in places where people can get a shot. Immunize 100,00 million people in 100 days. While the vaccines are being developed, train people to give a shot. Train millions of people to give a shot so that when the shots are available, they can be administered.Move! This is a war and we need to act like it. Storm the beaches. Yes, it is dangerous! When the virus is vanquished, the populace will not only be rid of the virus, it will be confident, strong and willing to tackle other difficulties in the future.
