Let’s pretend I’m super-rich to let all this happen as I please lol.My agency name would be Amythst Entertainment and the building would look like this:The building would contain these things:An interior courtyard with a garden and a walkable fountain (because I love nature too much lol)A gym for working outA café with free breakfast (lunch, dinner, and anything in between must be paid)A store that sells notebooks, art supplies, cards, books, personal hygiene items, etc.3 dance practice rooms (with 1 major practice room)Security system with building officersA driving school open for the general public (not just for idols and trainees under the agency)I don’t want to sound rude, but I won’t accept non-Asians for the sake of protecting their mental health since I KNOW they will get hate from the public. I would mostly accept trainees from Korea (obviously), Japan, Thailand, China, and Taiwan, as well as the Philippines.All expenses, including training, travel from your home country if you are foreign, schooling and housing will be covered.I would host 2 Amythest Entertainment tours (similar to college/university tours) and 1 Amythest Entertainment Performing Arts Workshop each year for anybody who is interested.Trainees will receive lessons on:Vocal (Singing/Rapping)DanceLanguage classes in English/Japanese/Korean (if you are foreign)Modeling (only upon request)Endurance buildingLessons on drug and alcohol usage & abuseLessons on public manners and etiquette (JYP does this)Bible studies (only upon request)Something I came up with: Classes on how to handle inappropriate questions or scandals. Here’s an imaginative scenario:The trainer sets out slips of paper numbered 1–20 on the table and calls a different trainee up so everyone gets a turn. Trainee #1 goes to the table and selects slip #4. Flipping it over, the trainee reads aloud:“You’re at an overseas interview in America and the interviewer asks you if you’re single. You have a boyfriend/girlfriend who’s relationship isn’t public. What do you say?”Trainee: “Ummm… yes, I am single?”The trainer: “That’s not a bad answer, but that could lead to your boyfriend/girlfriend getting mad at you or to you feeling guilty about lying.”Trainee: “So I should say ‘No, I have a boyfriend/girlfriend?’”The trainer: “That answer could lead to heavy controversy and getting bashed by the media.”Trainee: “So what should I say?”The trainer: “You should say something like: ‘I would like to keep this interview focused on my career rather than my personal life.’ if any rumors startup, you should tell the agency and we will handle it.”Trainee: “Oh, okay!”And the next trainee would go up, and the next trainee, and so on and so forth.When a trainee first enters the agency, I would provide:Essential hygiene items (soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, etc.)A free counseling centerNurses' officeSomething I call a “Treasure Closet”: a place where anybody can donate unused clothes for anybody to keep and use freely at any time.Dorms will be built into the agency building itself for the sake of safety, and to keep a better eye on trainees. Once the trainee debuts, they will live in dorms outside of the agency building.Now onto the trainee rules:1.) Bullying in any way is strictly forbidden and will result in the trainee getting kicked out immediately. If you’re that type of person, then you don’t deserve to be famous.2.) You must maintain a weight range from underweight to a healthy weight. Trainees will be weighed every 2 weeks-1 month and must have a BMI of <18.5-22.9. If you don’t, you won’t be kicked out for the first 3 times. (Being underweight mostly applies to the people who don’t gain weight easily and have a fast metabolism. If you aren’t in that situation, being underweight is fine, but you still need to be cautious about your health when doing so)3.) Training contracts will last either 2 or 3 years upon choice.4.) Counseling sessions will be held every week to check up on the trainee’s mental health, and physical health checkups will be held every year along with dental checkups. The health of the trainees would be my top priority.5.) Practice time starts at 5:30 am and will end at midnight, but the agency will stay open until 2:30 am if a trainee wishes to practice more. After 2:30, the trainee must go back to their dorms.6.) You’re allowed to ask to borrow up to 50 USD from the agency up to 2 times per year ONLY. Whether it be to buy food, notebooks, pencils/pens or hygiene items. Asking for money to buy clothes will only be accepted rarely and the trainee will be referred back to the Treasure Closet if they need clothes.7.) No social media. This is for the sake of avoiding scandals. If you already have a social media account before you started training, it needs to be deleted.8.) No dating. Being a K-pop trainee is hard and requires full commitment. Since training is hectic and you’ll be busy all the time it’s best recommended that you aren’t in a relationship with anybody.9.) The use of any mobile device is not allowed during training unless you need it for training (recording yourself, etc.) Mobile devices will be taken away by your trainer once training hours begin and will be given back to you once they end.10.) You’re allowed to have up to two 15-minute breaks any time during the training hour time frame. Your mobile device will be given back to you for breaks and you can take this time to just unwind for a bit and get a small snack if you want to.11.) Like any other agency, there will be monthly evaluations. If you don’t show improvement in 2 months, you’ll have to leave the agency. Unless you are just starting to learn about singing or dancing, you must show improvement in a year.12.) Like any other agency, you will get a day off on Sundays.13.) If you wish to participate in a survival show, you need to at least have trained for 6 months. For the sake of being fair to other trainees, at least you have had a good amount of training time before debut compared to debuting practically right away if you make it that far. The ONLY exception I would allow is if the trainee has already received more than 6 months of training from a different agency/agencies.And here are the Idol rules:1.) Dating ban for the first 3 years. To avoid scandals, no dating right after debut.2.) If you wish to have any type of social media account, you need to wait at least one year after debut and it must be approved by the agency. Individual Instagram accounts are okay, but each post needs to be checked before posting. If the idol deserves it and has shown responsibility, they’re allowed to have a YouTube channel. Each video must be checked before posting also. Once the idol has become more mature and has proven that they can be fully responsible, their posts don’t need to be checked anymore.3.) You’re allowed to hang out with other idol friends outside of the agency as long as it doesn't interfere with your schedule, and you MUST be truthful and tell your manager what you are doing, where you are going, and who you are seeing. If you are doing something bad, or lie in any way, it will result in being heavily reprimanded by your manager.4.) You’re allowed to create your own choreography, write your own lyrics, make your own concept, design your own outfits, and produce/arrange your own song, but everything must be approved first. I don’t mean to limit any idols’ creative freedom in any way, but it’s for safety purposes if something happens to accidentally “copy” another. Don’t worry though- the majority of the time your ideas will be approved.5.) You will continue to have therapy sessions after debut, but they aren’t mandatory.6.) If the hate comments are becoming too serious to handle, the agency will press charges.7.) People say un-solicted emails are against the law, that’s not true.Not providing a mechanism to opt out is.Below are the guidelines.Don’t use false or misleading header information. Your “From,” “To,” “Reply-To,” and routing information – including the originating domain name and email address – must be accurate and identify the person or business who initiated the message.Don’t use deceptive subject lines. The subject line must accurately reflect the content of the message.Identify the message as an ad. The law gives you a lot of leeway in how to do this, but you must disclose clearly and conspicuously that your message is an advertisement.Tell recipients where you’re located. Your message must include your valid physical postal address. This can be your current street address, a post office box you’ve registered with the U.S. Postal Service, or a private mailbox you’ve registered with a commercial mail receiving agency established under Postal Service regulations.Tell recipients how to opt out of receiving future email from you. Your message must include a clear and conspicuous explanation of how the recipient can opt out of getting email from you in the future. Craft the notice in a way that’s easy for an ordinary person to recognize, read, and understand. Creative use of type size, color, and location can improve clarity. Off-duty municipal or State police officers are not allowed to carry firearms onto a commercial airplane.In order to fly while armed, an officer's employing agency must submit an armed travel request/notification through the National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (NLETS) computer network. The message must include the name of the officer, the destination of the flight, and the reason why the officer needs to have his/her firearm available immediately upon landing (prior to being able to retrieve checked luggage). This might include picking up a prisoner at the destination airport, being involved in a surveillance operation while following a suspect on the airplane to the destination, or as part of a special security detail for a person who is traveling. All of these situations would be considered "on-duty," so off-duty officers are bound by the same constraints as any other member of the traveling public.Some Federal officers may be required to be armed, even while traveling off-duty, so they may be able to fly armed even while not on duty.
