The administrative structure of the Exchange is headed by a board of directors, below which is a governing council and management that presides over its day-to-day functioning.Salient Features of the pre open session of BSE:All executable orders for a particular stock will match at one market opening priceOrders are collected in the order entry period & execution occurs in the order matching periodDuration of Pre-open session - 15 minutes from 9:00am – 9:15amLimit orders will get priority over market orders at the time of execution of trades.All orders shall be disclosed in full quantity, i.e. orders where revealed quantity function is enabled, will not be allowed during the pre-open session.Unexecuted, eligible orders will be moved to the continuous sessionIn the event of no trades in the pre-open session, the orders entered in the pre-open session will be moved to the continuous trading session on time priority basis.The price of the first trade during the continuous trading session will be taken as the opening price.Indicative opening price & matchable quantity for each stock and indicative S&P BSE SENSEX will be disseminated at regular intervals of order entry period.At the end of the matching period, the system will compute & disseminate the opening values for all stocks, S&P BSE SENSEX and other indices.Uniform price band of 20% will be applicable to all eligible stocks during the pre-open session.Hope this helps you!!

The remains were then taken aboard an Indian Air Force transport aircraft, escorted by two MiG 23 jets to be scattered over the Himalayas [2]In 1991, when Mr. Rajiv Gandhi passed away, a special train [3] from Delhi carried his ashes. The ashes were to be immersed in the five holy lakes [4] of Rajasthan, scattered from an airplane across the Himalayas and placed at other sacred sites across the nation.With due respect to the deceased, it must not be forgotten that Mr. Gandhi’s tenure was badly tarnished by a multitude of issues including -involvement of Congress leaders in 1984 anti-Sikh riots [5] and Rajiv Gandhi condoning the violence with his “when a big tree falls” speechsupporting Warren Anderson escape [6] after Bhopal Gas Tragedy in 1984rigging Kashmir elections [7] in 1987involvement of Congress’s central and state government machinery in Hashimpura massacre [8] of Muslim citizens in 1987indecisiveness on Sri Lanka policy, first supporting LTTE [9] in the Lankan civil war then taking a U-turn and sending IPKF to fight LTTE [10] in which thousands of Indian soldiers lost their livescapitulating to appeasing Muslim clerics through Shah Bano ordinance [11] and then attempting to appease Hindu sentiments by opening the gates of disputed Ayodhya [12] templemassive corruption in Bofors scam [13]On the contrary, the first non-Gandhi Prime Minister from Congress to complete a full term, Mr. P V Narasimha Rao had a hugely successful tenure. He ended forty-five years of estrangement with Israel and established India’s full diplomatic ties in 1992 [14] Today Israel is one of India’s most important partners in defence and trade. His “Look East” policy strengthened India’s trade relations with South East Asia and eventually India was also inducted as a member of ASEAN. With historic reforms of 1991, he devised the economic transformation of India that created millions of jobs and pulled hundreds of millions of Indians out of poverty.Asia Times [15] described his contribution to modern India as -“Rao is to India what founding fathers Alexander Hamilton and Thomas Jefferson are to the United States; Friedrich List to Germany; Hayato Ikeda to Japan; Lee Kuan Yew, Goh Keng Swee and Albert Winsemius to Singapore; and Deng Xiaoping to China”When Mr. Rao passed away in 2004, Mrs. Sonia Gandhi did not allow his body to be brought into Congress office for last respect by Congress workers.As quoted in a Financial Express report [16] – “Only one person could give that order to open the gate – she did not give it”. He wasn’t given a state funeral in Delhi because in the words of PVNR’s son Prabhakar Rao – “Sonia ji did not want him to be seen as an all-India leader”.What followed subsequently was painfully deplorable -“The night of Rao’s cremation in Hyderabad, TV channels showed visuals of the pyre. The man who transformed India, a 20th century reformer of the stature of Deng Xiaoping, had been left abandoned, body half-burnt. Stray dogs were pulling at the funeral pyre”It must be noted that despite being a former Prime Minister, while Mr Rao was denied a final resting place in Delhi, Indira’s son, Sanjay Gandhi, who never held a worthwhile public office, was laid to rest in Delhi right next to Shantivan – the resting place of Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru.Just to reiterate - a hugely successful Prime Minister whose economic reforms led the country to long term economic prosperity was not allowed a funeral in the the capital, while Sanjay Gandhi was laid to rest right next to Pt. Nehru. Sanjay Gandhi has never held any worthwhile constitutional post and his only identity is being a member of Gandhi family.If that’s how people have seen respectability being defined within Congress then no wonder they would find appreciating someone outside the party as extremely shocking.Many other members in Congress have had similar experiences.In 1994, Mr. Vajpayee was the leader of opposition, but led a highly successful diplomatic delegation to UN where they successfully thwarted Pakistan’s aggressive attempt to internationalize Kashmir issue with the help of OIC. An exemplary leadership, diplomacy and teamwork of Indian contingent ensured that instead of India receiving censure, Pakistan was forced to withdraw its motion [17]When the picture of Salman Khursheed (then Foreign Minister in Congress government) hugging Mr. Vajpayee to mark this momentous occasion appeared on the cover of India Today, Mr. Khursheed received flak from sections within Congress and was accused of having some “secret deals with BJP” [18]Move forward by 20 years to 2014 - when Mr. Tharoor acknowledged his support for “Clean India” campaign, he was sacked as Congress spokesperson for “praising Modi” [19]Next year, in 2015, when Mr. Tharoor suggested in an internal Congress meeting to not disrupt the Parliament session over Congress’s demand of BJP minister’s resignation, he was rebuked again for “always doing this” [20]Source: ToI, NDTVOn the contrary, it is a well-known historical fact that as the first Home Minister of (Congress) Indian government, Sardar Patel had banned RSS when they were (wrongly) blamed for the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi.Yet, Mr Modi went on to build the world’s tallest statue for honoring Sardar Patel – the man who worked relentlessly to integrate 500+ princely states after independence and architect India to its present shape. Happend just today morning.I usually put three alarms to go for gym in morning sessions 6:00 AM, 6:15 AM and 6:30 AM.From last one month gym was stopped because I overspent on my new smartphone. From today morning I was supposed to resume gym from today morning.As I was not waking up early in the morning since one month I knew I will need Alarm. Now the first thing I was still in impression that alarms are already set as they were in my old phone, thus I will need to just turn them on.So I opened the application and just then my fiancée called me for the same reason "Don't forget to put the Alarm!". I said okay and done some other chit chat. Now after the call I got busy with some other stuff that we were discussing on the call (Actually she told me to avoid gaming tonight so I can wake up early, but you know it just reminded me to play game).All in all alarms didn't exist in application as it was installed first time on device, second it just slept out of my mind.Things didn't stopped here. Somehow when I finished, I noticed absence of Alarm symbol so I again open the application and realised no alarms are there so I created all three alarms and went to bed with that satisfaction of new starting you know! ;)The second day morning I woke up without alarm and it was bit brighter day than normal 6:00 AM or earlier, but I had so much faith in myself and in alarm that didn't bothered to look at watch.Like a good boy I straight went to bathroom, did all cors before gyming and cleaned the gyming shoes and was all set to go for gym again after a month!Yayyyyy ... I was so elited!But then when I was just about to leave mom called from back, "Beta aaj office me yehi kapde pehan kar jayega kya! kuch khaya bhi nahi aaj to!" (Son! Today you will go to office in these clothes only! You didn't had breakfast even)I said enthusiastically "Are mom, abhi to gym ja raha hun!" (Mom, I am going for gym right now!)"Dimag to thikane he, ghadi to dekh 9:30 baj rahe he!" (Have you lost or what? Look at the watch, it's 9:30!)I was shocked and looked at watch and me "(facepalm)!" Missed the very first day of gym! GREAT ME! :PPS: When I added new alarms it was by default set to 6:00 PM, 6:15 PM and 6:30 PM, I forgot to notice it.
