I prefer RepublicIndia.in Platform compared to other platforms. He is also active on Twitter.In my humble opinion PM Narendra Modi has implemented many signature decisions and policies, once he assumed office since 26 May 2014. I would like to see him making decisions that can improve the life of a common citizen.He has implemented a lot of policy decisions like demonetization, GST and surgical strikes but still there are things that only a strong leader like him can change. I would like to see the following things to change for good, but some of it is difficult to achieve. But I believe him, as he is the only leader now in India who seeks the voice of public in policy matters.In my humble opinion, I think a focus on “Justice department” is long overdue. I will elaborate and My concerns are the following..The judicial system in India has been rotten to the core, There should be a fairer way to appoint judges than they themselves nominating their accomplices…There are several laws that are already obsolete and needs to be abolished..Today any person can accuse any other person for just about anything and justify it through silly arguments like “freedom of speech” and it is just not reserved to politicians alone. Defamation cases are not strong enough to make a deterrent to those people who give false statements publicly. A stronger law is required to make a difference.Fake charges on men and superior officers are rising. Fake dowry cases are charged just to make the divorce cases a little more stronger. It is the very own advocates who advise these cheap tricks. People just don't show up on courts and ask for postponement of hearings. They want to increase the sufferings of their opponents (rather victims).Lastly I would say,“Justice delayed is justice Denied”5. Police department needs a complete revamping. First thing to do is to fill the vacancies in the force. Heavy workload is one of the reasons behind this poor attitude and poor performance of helpless police officers. Many a times they give deaf ears to the problems faced by the less privileged in the society or act like Goons or Goondas in uniform and this is in no way helpful for the benefit of this country.Moral belief systems which were prevalent in Indian culture has been ditched and the society no more cares about morality or treat delinquency as an offense. Movies to News channels glorify criminals and give superhero image for a police officer if he is the protagonist. From Sanjay Dutt to Salmankhan, just think about the message our children will get. They will get an image that the law and order system in this country is a joke and is treated like crap. Any intentional efforts to bring an immediate change in the current system is very much appreciated.As a common citizen of India, I would like to see the aforementioned things to be taken care of and let us hope that the future of India is in safe hands.
