First they ask internal employees or paid marketers to write good reviews about themselves so that teachers and students join them. They are all lies!! You can see for yourself.Look at the type of answers, all have the similar structure and name of the profiles who have given answers, all created around same time to give fake answers. Don’t fall for such trap.They do not pay as they say. They’ll give you around 10k-15k. That’s all. That too the minimum guaranteed amount is given only during the first three months, after that you are on your own. If you don’t get students, you won’t get paid.You’ll be forced to work even on Saturday’s and Sunday’s. You have to go on teaching kids, with the fixed template that they have given. If you want to build a career then don’t join them. They’ll just spoil your profile. the experience you get here is of no use.If you are passionate about teaching, then this place is not for you. You teach some random things to the kids which are not even helpful for them. You need to be like a robot, go on taking classes after classes for hours together to complete your target. If you do not finish your target, then you will not earn any money.Coming to the flexibility part as they claim to provide, NO it is not true. You have to be available from 2pm-8pm. If have to teach kids. And you cant take any sick leaves. In case you fall sick or are unable to take the classes due to some reason, then they will penalize you by cutting, 100rs. You are just paid, 50 Rs. per class and after that they penalize you 100 for cancelling one class.Take my suggestion, do not fall in their trap. All their positive reviews around other platforms too are fake. See the dates of all of them. All are around same date and all are given by teachers who have joined recently and have no idea what they are getting into.Work on yourself, there are better jobs out there. WhitehatJR is a scam to make teachers over work and loot money from students as well.
