PDF Editor FAQ

What is the best life advice for a 28 year old?

1. If you are not married yet, do not rush. Be picky but not arrogant. If you really like someone, get to know him/her first before you fall in love or get too serious. Don' let sex, looks or money to cloud your decision to move forward with a relationship. Instead see if you love to talk to that person. One day this one factor itself will save your marriage. Try to marry someone who'll be your best friend so that you can share your dreams, goals and pain wiithout feeling judged but will get the support.2. Do not ever settle for less because you wanna be married and feel are better than the other person. Your power over settlee is valid until the wedding day. The settlee won't open the mouth until you are legally trapped. Then they will start exercising the power to control you and the countdown to divorce will begin.Several of my male friends married women who had never showed any frustrations or the crazy side when the man tried hard to dump her. So the man thought the girl was cool and would be ok with him being himself. He married her and she became a controlling psycho. I've seen psycho men as well who didn't show their true color until they were married. All of them are divorced now. The clue is to look for a human being who'll show good and bad sides not just the good sides.3. Don't marry just for the looks or the money or baby. Listen to your gut feelings.Since all your friends will be getting married and having children when you are 28, you'll feel the urge to settle down too. Almost all the time, you'll feel desperate to marry anyone and the desperation will drive away the right person. Then you might settle for less. The result is a bitter divorce. So make sure you pick the right partner -who makes you happy, who doesn't give drama or play mind game or is disrespectful to you.4. If you are single, find a good man/woman who'll be a good husband/wife and a father/mother. Avoid all players, unavailable or married people unless you would like to waste next 10 years of your life trying to chase their love. Never lower yourself to be the other man/woman. Listen to your close-friends and family if they do not like your man/woman. They care about you enough to take the time trying to protect you from the biggest mistake of your life. When you divorce, you'll remember their warnings and have regrets that you still married the wrong person.5. Develop a relationship agreement. If you're not married yet, get a prenup or a relationship agreement. Every partnership goes by a contract except marriage. People enter the most important relationship without zero understanding of a true marriage. They just assume their roles blindly and the result is unhappy kids and bitter divorce. This is uncomfortable but dealing with it now before the relationship becomes legal can protect you. People hate this but this will save the marriage or at least losing half the assets to someone. Put down all expectations on the table. Discuss kids, money , house, kids’ schools, kids’ religion, wife's pregnancy everything. Who's gonna raise kids? How much are you willing to spend on daycare or babysitting. How are going to pay for expenses and bills? If you want to be hugged when you are down, write when and why. Schedule sex because there will be days, months or even years you won't be getting sex. Write all expectations, wants and needs. Will they be kind to your family? Don't just assume. If the other person doesn't want to go through this, they are either marrying for money or settling. They have no desire to work on the relationship of meet your needs. If you walk away now, you will save a painful and costly divorce. Talk and have it in writing. Then on your anniversary every year, revise it. You'll be more cautious of your roles this way.6. Do not waste anyone's time if you are not sure about them by the 3rd date. Be honest and open with them. One day this will save you lot of drama. You'll know the chemistry on the first date. If the chemistry is not there. Do not go for a second date. You'll know how much you enjoy talking to that person by the first date. If the person is not sharing much with you and just let you talk, run from them because they are observing you to see how they can manipulate you. If the person really likes you, they will open up too. Don't even mistake shyness over manipulation. The shy person will open up if they are attracted to you or at least show in their actions how much they are enjoying your company. Love does miracles!7. Find a good job that will give you a career. Make sure you can stay in that job for a very long time. Never leave a job before the end of the 5th year. It'll look bad on your resume. This 5 years will get you enough experience to apply for a higher position with higher pay in other companies. Check the company's policies on maternity/family leaves and health insurance coverage during childbirth. This will come in handy when a child is adding to the family while working and you do not have to worry about the medical expense or the leave.8. If you do not like your job, go to grad school or upgrade your skills for a better job. If something makes you unhappy, look immediately for the cause and a solution. Do not just complain about it. Always be the solution not a whiner.9. Be good to your close-friends. Never lose them. Even if they get busy, you make the efforts to keep in touch. There will be times it'll feel like one sided but one day you'll feel their love and appreciation for understanding their crazy schedule with the kids. Try to keep in touch with them by checking at least once in 2 weeks. The bond will get stronger as you both grow older. People tend to get too busy with their new family and babies that they forget their friends. One day they wake up and realize all friends were gone. Thus make sure it does not happen to you.10. Exercise regularly. Eat healthy food. You'll look younger in your 30's and 40's. You'll also have fewer health issues.11. Skip tanning salon. Use sunblock. Tanning beds or sunburn will age your skin.12. Use good moisturizer with anti-aging ingredients. Your skin will age slower than it will normally.13. Dress up when you go outside even if it's just to go to the store especially when you're having a bad day. You'll feel good about yourself.14. Go out with friends at least once a week if you are single. You need their emotional support and a break from a busy life. Go somewhere for a long drive on weekends if you have a family. Your spouse and children will remember these moments.15. Be nice to everyone. Be extra kind to the man/girl who is crazy about you but you do not like him/her. If he/she becomes successful, ends up marrying before you and to someone better than you, you might feel sorry for yourself otherwise. Nothing is worse than having the biggest what ifs about the person you did not choose. Make sure he/she does not become your one that got away only because you were not ready or with someone else. Until you're married, make sure you give everyone a fair chance.16. Save most of your income. You'll thank yourself for the habit when you are 38 or 48. Try not to waste your money to buy things only to show off. Don't use credit cards to buy things you cannot afford. Instead save money so that you can buy those things in addition to buy your dream house, dream car and have your dream wedding with that money. Your status will matter once you are over 35. Then you'll be expected to have luxurious items. So don't waste your money on credit card payments or things only to show off your peers and colleagues. Instead patiently save as much as you can.

Why has Hillary Clinton been so quickly discarded and forgotten?

Even though many will dis Hillary as corrupt and ineffective, if you take time to read about her, you’ll see that she is a truly great woman who accomplished more than dozens of her detractors. If you asked a true patriot like McCain, he’d say he’d much rather have Hillary in the White House than trump. The only way the Rs could defeat her was decades of misinformation and character assassination that has nothing to do with how immensely effective she was in doing her job. Unfortunately America got probably the worst President in 100 years and gave up the best in the process. We should have nothing but admiration for a woman who is truly amazing.Hillary Clinton’s AchievementsWith all the inflammatory rhetoric, it’s easy to lose perspective of what an impressive personal and political career Hillary Clinton has had. Is it generally a good idea for a son to work for his father’s business as an adult?

This is a very difficult question. I guess I’d say that it’s “generally” not a good idea. This is because it’s rare to find individuals who can allow their children to work as an equal in a business they started and have gone through the years of trial and error learning that it takes to actually understand how a business works. The majority of parents will struggle to maintain control and dominance in what they see as “their company”. Also bringing in another family member will require the business to change because of the need to expand the business to generate additional revenue. Change is always a problem for people. On the other side it’s just as rare to find a child who can work with their parent without believing that they are being treated “like a child”, being talked down to or marginalized. Most are forever feeling challenge or put upon for any number of reasons, real or imaginary. That being said, there are always exceptions to the rule. If you would like to learn more about working in this kind of environment I suggest you develop a detailed partnership agreement which spells out exactly what your responsibilities will be and what your parents responsibilities will be. Who will take care of what. I’d also try and clearly state what general things will be expected from each part and a process for reviewing and analyzing each parties performance. Also discuss long term goals with dated and “what by when” clearly spelled out.As an outsider we have an ability to maintain a more impartial perspective. Please let us know if we can help. Good luck and godspeed.
