The misinterpretation:Before we jump to conclusions, we need to understand the judgement itself. Contrary to the reporting done by some media channels, the actual judgement says that the petition seeking SC intervention is dismissed on the grounds that the SC has no jurisdiction over the Rafale Deal with respect to Article 32 of the constitution. But in the morning, media went wild with news that SC has given a clean chit to Modi Government. Even in the parliament, the ruling party shouted slogans against Rahul Gandhi and the opposition demanded JPC.But by 4.00 pm tables had turned. When people got their hands on the actual judgement, they realised that judgement was not a clean chit. It neither charged PM Modi or exonerated him. More importantly, everyone including Congress discovered glaring discrepancies in the judgement. In paragraph 25 of the judgement, SC said that there is a CAG report on pricing of the Rafale aircraft which was placed before the PAC and is in the public domain. This is not on the record, never claimed to be so by the govt and thus is factually incorrect.Source: Screenshot of the actual judgment.As per the Modi Govt's statement in the SC, pricing details have been shared with the CAG and with the Public Accounts Committee (PAC). However, in yesterday’s press conference, the chairman of PAC Mallikarjun Kharge said that no such report regarding pricing was submitted.Today, it is clear as a day that CAG never submitted such report and indeed would submit it by January end.[1][1][1][1] It is clear cut case of perjury. One wonders who played such a huge fraud to hoodwink the court?Now, it has become more important than ever to know the truth. Joint Parliamentary Committee probe is urgently required. In my opinion, PAC Chairman should file affidavit or a review petition in court saying I did not receive the report and the committee has not examined it. You can get the same done only by applying to the concerned Board of your examination from schooling to final education to rectify the same in their records as the same does not match with the date shown on your birth certificate.Support the said application with affidavit attested from a magistrate explaining your reason as to how wrong date of birth was mentioned in education records. IF Hillary had good evidence of fraud, as Trump does, I would want the best investigation possible — all the bells and whistles, the F.B.I., all the computer forensics, the Supreme Court — all of it.Better yet, appoint a special counsel.Take your time. There are five major areas that need to be investigated, and most of them have occurred in at least two states, if not more:Computer fraud: Clearly the Dominion computers were involved, possibly the firm Smartmatic or even others. Votes were apparently changed from Trump to Biden and votes were added via software intervention, because there were far too may to have been added in the time span used by the vote readers in the Dominion system. Every computer in the system needs to be subjected a forensic test, and the results of each election need to be evaluated by an electoral forensics team to gather as much data as we can about what was done, and when.Added ballots: Thousands of paper ballots, marked with Biden only, were delivered to voting centers, most of them very early on Nov. 4th, by truck. They were in boxes, and also in trash bags stuffed to the top. Other Biden ballots apparently also appeared at different times in the process in the various states.Process irregularities: By law in every state, the process of handling the votes must be overseen by members of the opposition party from those who are actually handling the votes, which in most large cities, are Democrats. These Republican observers were deliberately not allowed to see the actual ballots in most cases, and in some cases (in Georgia, for example) were old to go home, even though ballot handling continued unobserved for hours after they were gone. Other irregularities were reported by election workers who said they were instructed to back date ballots, to not check signatures and to complete addresses, birthdates, etc. if they were not filed out, though in normal elections those ballots should be rejectedMail fraud:. Numerous ballots were found that were apparently “lost” because they came from areas where Trump is popular. Stashes of these ballots appeared in numerous states. Also, a truck driver has testified under penalty of perjury that he was instructed to drive a truck loaded with ballots from New York to PA, although it is illegal to take ballots across state lines.There is information that suggests that there could have been foreign intervention into our election, specifically involving the Chinese, but possibly other countries as well. These reports need to be checked out in detail.As important as it is to find out what actually happened in the 2020 election, it is equally important to find out who the main players were, who their accomplices were, and who was involved at the local level in every state. And then these people need to be punished to the fullest extent of the law.Because we never want to experience election cheat like this again.A Democracy ceases to exist when people can no longer trust their elections, and until this entire conspiracy is ferreted out, root and branch, and each person responsible is seen to have paid for their actions, no one will ever be able to trust the U.S. government again.And until we have used the information from a thorough investigation to completely redo our electoral system, including the election laws in every state, and the computer systems we use, we should not hold another federal election.After all, we know we can’t trust our system.
