A bit of both really.The MCU is a bit of a fluke, and it has been blessed with incredible luck. The early/mid 2000s did great things for superhero movies, with the X-Men movies, Sam Raimi's first 2 Spider-Man movies, and Batman Begins. The wheels were in motion for superhero movies becoming as huge as they are today.And when it started, the MCU had no real competition. Yes, Iron Man and The Dark Knight were released in 2008, and obviously The Dark Knight was going to do better than Iron Man, but Iron Man didn't have to beat TDK, it just needed to be a success. Which it was, and deservingly so. The Dark Knight trilogy was DC's biggest focus at that time, but it was only ever going to be a trilogy, so it wasn't going to steal much thunder from the multiple movies the MCU was planning on releasing each year. With Spider-Man 3 being a mess, the only other superhero movie franchise was the X-Men, but those movies were pretty spaced out (and in a bit of a overhaul after X-Men: Origins). Plus nobody was going to pit Marvel vs Marvel. Most people were (and still are) wishing for a unity of the franchises.Then DC realized that the MCU had the right idea, so as they were letting Christopher Nolan do his thing with their biggest character, they decided to branch out and try to start their own cinematic universe. In 2011. With Green Lantern. With an ill conceived script. And it flopped.It wasn't until 2013, after Man Of Steel, that DC finally started making a cinematic universe. And it wasn't until 2016 that they released the second and third films in the franchise.Regardless of your feelings of either the DCEU or the MCU, you have to admit that it was incredibly lucky that the MCU didn't have any significant competition for 8 years. 8 years. That's nearly a decade, and in that time they released 12 feature films, 4 different tv series, and 5 short films. All that, with no serious competition. That's nothing but luck right there.It's also hard to make a cinematic universe. Especially without superheroes. The Universal Monsters was probably the best non-superhero property to do it with, but apparently struggled with the execution (I have not seen the newest Mummy movie).There's a lot of moving parts to a cinematic universe. They've got to have their movies coexist while still being unique. They need to maintain a continuity while still letting their creators create. It's a tricky thing to pull off.But I think the MCU has also definitely made it harder for other cinematic universes to succeed.They're the first real cinematic universe. That means they're the template. And that's bad news for every other cinematic universe. It means they've either got to mimic the MCU, or that they've got to do their own thing.If they mimic the MCU they're probably going to be seen as the poor man's version of the MCU. If they do their own thing, people are going to think they're doing it wrong simply because it's different (see: the DCEU).

Instead, he gave the speech of his life, appealing to their sense of honor and love of liberty, pausing to read a letter from a Congressman that would promise to address their grievances. As he opened the letter, he reached for his glasses, something he had never done in front of his men during the war, saying “Gentlemen, you will permit me to put on my spectacles, for I have not only grown gray but almost blind in the service of my country." With that humble act, moving some of his officers to tears, the conspiracy was broken. The American experiment, long shot though it was, would be allowed to proceed.George Washington was not alone in making America happen, but it could not have happened without him.And he owned slaves.Also: I think that answering the nominal question doesn't completely address what it is really asking. It was really meant to call not just Washington’s greatness into question, but America’s. The implicit, unstated premise is that the United States is just another country, unexceptional in any meaningful way, that the American model for democracy and freedom that would provide a template for the modern world was no big deal, and that therefore what Washington helped to create could be significantly diminished by his personal failings.This premise is, I think, neo-Marxist horse$&!t of the kind that underlies much of the garbage about 21st Century America being a “racist” country.America’s greatness is ultimately grounded in the principles for which its founders risked their lives and fortunes, including the right to life and liberty, incomplete as they were at the nation’s birth, but continually improved upon through struggle and time via the brilliant system they set in motion.

Javascript framework (Angular js 2 and 4) -Angular js is already trending in the field of web development and it will continue to be implemented in future too. Its biggest advantages are templates, MVC, dependency injection. There are other frameworks like Node.js, Meteor.js, ReactJs which are going to be more trendy by next year.
