I'm really not a fan of the computer thinking it knows more than I do, particularly when it comes to spelling things, but also automatic capitalization and other "hacks" that are normally reserved for on screen keyboards, and difficult to use keyboards that can not easily support chording.In other words, it's generally for people who can't spell, and are not using a full size keyboard.I think, at least in part, it also has to do with the tendency for schools to teach reading via the whole word method, rather than teaching phonetically, which tends to leave people with a rather poor spelling vocabulary.Even though it tends to ramp you up to the average adults 300 word working vocabulary much more quickly, it leave you with an inability to spell words that you have no problems using in conversations, and, due to the fact that whole word method attempts to treat words as ideogrammatic, you also have problems recognizing written words you've not encountered written down before.That said, I understand that there's a certain amount of laziness, particularly when it comes to people who communicate primarily in texts and tweets, and such tools would help them appear more erudite and educated than perhaps they actually are.So... there are third party tools that can do this sort of thing, and in some programs, such as Microsoft Office, while it's not on by default, you can turn it on in the Office Preferences.In addition to per application settings for some applications, there are also third party tools. Everyone can prepare and e-file their federal tax return for free by using IRS Free File. If you make $58,000 or less, you can use brand-name tax software. If you earn more, you can use Free File Fillable Forms, an electronic version of IRS paper forms. Free File is available only through the Internal Revenue Service website. Some Free File software products and fillable forms also support foreign addresses for those who live abroad.7. Get Tax Help Outside the U.S. The IRS has offices in Frankfurt, London, Paris and Beijing. IRS staff at these offices can help you with tax filing issues and answer your tax questions.
