Dissect this into different wall types -brick veneer, brick and pier, full brick, clad walls are the types of wall that I deal with mostly. Included within the rate is the cost of the footing, any base work, the wall framing, cladding, insulation and lining, skirting and cornice, then add for the eaves, fascia and gutter. I allow a ratio of 1.86 m2 of external and internal cladding per lin metre of perimeter wall to allow for windows and other openings. Windows, architraves and reveals I cost separately.Area: I have a number of diffgerent rates I apply to area costs - slab on ground, suspended slab, waffle slabs, timber floors and lnog-span timber floors.
