Are there disadvantages to using full-frame lenses on a crop sensor camera, other than cost and size/weight?

It may take some time and money, but it is possible to find surprisingly good performance among legacy lenses. And while aperture and “T-stop” are a measure of lens efficiency, a crop-format means that not all the light will fall on the sensor, and illumination of each pixel will be equivalent to a modern lens built for that format with an aperture proportional to the difference in Field of View. On my Micro-4/3 cameras, my 150-500mm Tokina (a quite good lens) is effectively an F11 1000 mm unless I put an expensive FL reducer on it.This is sometimes described as giving twice the focal length with a “4/3” crop-frame sensor — but it is a reason why we can buy, sometimes at great cost, “focal length reducers” for use on with these sensors. They are also sometimes marketed as improving sharpness. Be warned: cheap is NOT our friend here.Take a look at Why You Should Multiply Aperture By Crop Factor When Comparing Lenses

What are all the reasons you can get emancipated?

A2A - U.S. perspectiveThe bases for a minor’s emancipation (by which the minor may become subject to the rights and obligations of an adult) vary from state to state. For example, in California Family Code Section 7002[1] states:A person under the age of 18 years is an emancipated minor if any of the following conditions is satisfied:(a) The person has entered into a valid marriage, whether or not the marriage has been dissolved.(b) The person is on active duty with the armed forces of the United States.(c) The person has received a declaration of emancipation pursuant to Section 7122.Section 7122[2] states that a judicial declaration of emancipation is appropriate if the court finds that such a declaration would be in the minor’s best interests and that all of the following requirements of Section 7120(b)[3] have been satisfied:(1) The minor is at least 14 years of age.(2) The minor willingly lives separate and apart from the minor’s parents or guardian with the consent or acquiescence of the minor’s parents or guardian.(3) The minor is managing his or her own financial affairs. As evidence of this, the minor shall complete and attach a declaration of income and expenses as provided in Judicial Council form FL-150.(4) The source of the minor’s income is not derived from any activity declared to be a crime by the laws of this state or the laws of the United States.Footnotes[1] Law section[2] Law section[3] Law section

Is eating healthy more expensive?

Eating healthy is not expensive at all. Eating what fashionable bloggers tell you is healthy is extremely expensive, eating really healthy is not at all. A meal menu at McDonalds costs around 6- 7 dollars, I think. That is around 25 dollars for a family of 4. Let me see what I could spend for cooking a healthy meal for a family of 4. I will refer to prices that I find on the WalMart website.I will need a bottle of extra virgin olive oil, but I will use only a few tablespoons of it. A 32 fl of extra virgin oil costs about 8–9 dollars, but it can last me for the best part of a month. So I will need some 30 cents of extra virgin olive oil (more or less).I can make a salad with a head of lettuce (1,48), some tomatoes (one pound costs about 1 dollar so let’s say 50 cents) and some onion (a 3 pound bag of yellow onions costs 2.44, but I will need just half an onion, so I guess about 20 cents). For my salad I will use a simple homemade vinaigrette with some of the above oil, a splash of vinegar (an organic apple cider vinegar is reduced a about 6 dollars, but I really only need a splash, so probably 10 cents) and a pinch of salt (I refuse to budget salt). The final salad costs 2.30 dollars.I will serve some pasta with zucchini as my primo. Instead of spaghetti I want farfalle, a 4-pack De Cecco (not the best brand but at least decent) farfalle “load” costs 7,41 dollars, but I need just over half a pack for four people: let’s da 1 dollar. I will also need 4 zucchine, which cost 59 cents each, that’s about 2.40 dollars. I need one garlic clove, one bulb costs 45 cents, but it has some 10 cloves, so 5 cents. A 7.5 oz piece of Parmigiano Reggiano Vacche Rosse costs 13.99 dollars, but I only need a big tablespoons of freshly grated Parmigiano, about 15 cents. A few basil leaves area also needed, but I may want to have some basil on my windowsill to keep mosquitoes at bay, so that’s free. My healthy and delicious primo costs 3.60 dollars. For second I will prepare some fish. On Amazon (as prices were not visible on the WalMart website) 2 pounds of frozen pollock cost 7.38 dollars, but I need less than half of that amount, so, let’s say 3–3.50 dollars. I will simply bake the fish with a couple garlic cloves, some lime slices (one lime, about 25 cents), a pinch of herbs and a inch of salt. Let’s say that the whole dish will cost 5 dollars (for 4 people, as usual).I will not make a vegetable side as I already made the salad that could work as an appetizer or as a side dish. I will make a simple dessert, though. How about a strawberries with yogurt? 2 pounds of strawberries cost 5.24 dollars, but I only need half as much, so 2.60 dollars worth of strawberries that I will slice, garnish with a tablespoon of sugar (again, I refuse to budget that), the juice of a couple limes (50 cents) and will top each portion with a dollop of fat-free plain greek yogurt (1.22 for each 150 g tub) stirred with some extra sugar. The dessert should cost about 4,30 dollars, but I will likely have some leftover strawberries for snack.Let’s calculate the final cost of this totally healthy, quite lavish, multicourse meal. The grand total is 15,50 dollars. I may splurge on a 10 dollars wine bottle and still spend just as much as for a McDonalds meal menu. Or I may drink tap water and save 10 dollars.
