Direct Deposit Slip: Fill & Download for Free

My first husband had a bag that he carried with him everywhere. I never saw a bill, or the direct deposit slips from my job at the time. Would never discuss money with me. I was working 2 jobs and utilities were still getting turned off left & right. He was on me about not making enough money, so I guess I really was just wanting to know how much our utilities were running and how much I was making at the time.I found a ton of lottery tickets and scratch offs. A cell phone bill in my name for a number I didn't recognize … and love letters, exchanged by my younger sister and him, detailing their plan to take my son away from me.I found the bills and my direct deposit slips ( I was making plenty), but nothing destroyed me like those letters.UPDATE — 10/5/17This happened nearly 15 yrs ago, so it's all water under the bridge now. I did confront him, but in those days, in that small midwestern Catholic town, you stayed married and kept your mouth shut.Happily, I've since moved away, the divorce has been final going on nearly 10 yrs — and I went on to raise my son as a proud single Mom.I'm not one to hold grudges, but neither he nor my sister will ever have my forgiveness. My blood still boils when I think of their scheme. It would have worked too, had I not “gone snooping”

Its happened today when I was in the bank.I went to a bank for exchanging the old notes of rs 500.There I saw a long queue towards the cash counter. And it took 40 min for me to deposit my money.A guy who was in front of me was depositing Rs 60000 and gave the money, passbook and photocopy of his PAN card.Cashier: Where is deposit slip ?Guy: Guards told me if I have my own account here then nothing is required, l can directly deposit the money and PAN card photocopy if I have more than Rs 50000cashier was likecashier: he means you have to just give slip and money no any other documents we already have your documents like Aadhar card, PAN card etc.That guy filled a deposit slip and came back directly to the counter.Cashier: Your number or turn is gone. Please stand at the queue again.That guy was like

When my friend’s bank account started accumulating large sums of money without her knowledge of how and why, she went to the bank manager and showed him her bank statement.They ran an audit on the account and said just continue on as normal and they would get back with her.So she did.This was back in the late 80’s when you paid everything with checks.All of her bills including rent, phone, and credit cards came back with bounced checks.So she went to the bank and angrily asked the same bank manager WTF. Her whole paycheck was in there and now she was in trouble for writing a dozen bad checks, her credit would soon be ruined and she would be kicked out of her apartment.The bank manager said. Sorry I can’t help you. Federal authorities froze your account and there is nothing we can do. The manager handed her the FBI agent’s card and shrugged his shoulders.So she called the FBI agent in charge and explained her situation, all of her money was tied up along with her wages, direct deposit and had several bad checks.The FBI told her sorry, we aren’t investigating you but your account is frozen until our investigation is complete. So make other arrangements.At least he was kind enough to put that in writing on FBI letterhead.So she had to open a new account at another bank, borrow money from family and friends, send a copy of her letter to all of her creditors, and struggle to make up for all of her locked up money.I felt terrible for her and lent her $200 to help out.Six months go by and she still hadn’t heard anything, she called the FBI agent once per month and still nothing.Finally she got a call asking her if she could help with the investigation.She was dubious at first but finally agreed if it would help get her back in control of her money.The agent met her at her bank, handed her $5000 in a bank envelope and a filled out deposit slip with a unfamiliar bank account number and asked her to go in during lunch to the only teller and deposit the money into an account that was unknown to her. Then leave the bank as normal and wait to be contacted.A couple of weeks go by and she received a letter from the bank letting her know her account is no longer frozen and her money is available and sorry for the inconvenience.Out of curiosity, my friend called the agent she was working with and he told her that a particular bank employee was embezzling money and moving it to fake accounts that she had set up herself. She would move the money from account to account stupidly thinking this was a good method of hiding her actions.Of course bank fraud and money laundering are serious crimes and the woman was arrested after the sting…they had to make sure it was actually that particular person as they were monitoring the accounts suspected of being fake and the ones she was using to hide the money.My friend did get the bank to send letters to her creditors to attempt to fix whatever financial damage was done but it couldn’t make up for the months of hassle and worry the theft caused.Needless to say, she closed that account.
