These people don’t drain your energy usually.Then there are the ones that for personal or professional reasons need you to hand on every word because you need to give constructive questions to help the person analyze his/ her situation more, because maybe like me, it’s your profession. You provide the template but they fill it in.Spiritual type volunteer work often there’s not a lot of talking but more holding a space for stabilizing an upset person. He/she still comes up with their own answers and directions but when appropriate I suggest techniques he/ she can try.So back to your question about friends sharing problems.
