GU also sends the transcript electronically to WES but at the time of my application this wasn't working so I had to sent the sealed envelope myself. If its working at the time of your application you don't have to go to the University just follow the steps before that. Also please generate your reference number before applying at the GU website as there is a field where you are required to input your wes reference number. Here are the steps that I followed:Goto gujarat university site and select online servicesclick on this link https://fees.gujaratuniversity.ac.in/2. select marksheet/degree/transcript verification/sealed cover.3. Enter your details and register.4. Pay the fees.5. Note down your login details created.5. Upload all the Marksheets of all the semesters.6. Submit and make sure all the details are correct as you won't be able to modify it later.7. save the application form generated.Within 1–4 weeks you will get a sms from VM-GUJUNIYour Document is ready Please Come with Print Of Your Pdf/Application Form Gujaratuniversity Between 12:00 pm. to 1:00 p.m AND 3:15 p.m to 4:00p.m8. Go to the University at the time mentioned and give your application form.9. They will ask you to wait for half an hour, after that they will hand over the sealed envelope and ask you to courier it to wes from the same area i.e. Navrangpura pincode should be same 380009.10.
