I'd garrison the islands. As there are seven main islands in the archipelago, each one would be an "occupation zone" to be garrisoned with troops from one of the Seven Kingdoms. So for example, Pyke would be occupied by Crownlands bannermen, Harlaw by Westernmen and so on. Each of the Lords Paramount would choose someone to command these troops, while I would appoint governors to oversee the civilian administration of each island.Every single castle, keep and stronghold would be garrisoned. The lords of these castles and their families could remain living there for as long as they cooperated. Lords could only leave their castles with the King's consent and the local governor's knowledge, and they'd be accompained by a scort, to ensure their safety.The Ironborn lords would be disarmed, as well as their bannermen and freemen; all weapons would be surrendered to the Crown. Iron mines and metalworking facilities would be closely monitored so as to avoid them acquiring new weapons illegally.To deter the ironborn freemen from rebellion, I'd frequently send agitators in disguise to call them to rebel against me, with plenty of drama and curses directed towards me and everything. The following moment, the agitator, and anyone who seems to sympathize would be seized by the garrison troops never to be seen again. So, when it unevitably happens for real, the ironborn would be rather weary of whomever tried to subvert them.The Ironborn lords would be allowed to keep only their castles. They would be stripped of the arable land, of iron, tin, and lead mines, as well as all boats, ships and shipyards. All thralls and their families would be released from thralldom. The Ironborn lords would have no rights whatsoever over the land and those who inhabit it ( such as levying taxes from the smallfolk or decreeing laws). All administration of their former dominions would be surrendered to a royal steward, who would have a local military garrison to help him enforce the king's peace. All able-bodied male former thralls would be enrolled in a local militia, under the auspices of the royal steward; they would be given weapons and a rudimentary military training to be called upon in case of rebellion and to help keep the peace when needed.All the Ironborn lords' children - male and female - would be sent to the "capitals" of their respective islands, to be kept under the king's governor's protection. In each of these "capitals" a "college" run by hand-picked maesters from the Citatel would educate the Ironborn children in the ways of the Continent, so as to disabuse them of their people's "old way". An "university" would be established in Pyke for the young men and women to conclude their studies.The Drowned God's religion and the Drowned Men would be tolerated as long as they collaborated with the Crown, using their influence with the Ironborn freemen to keep them loyal, as well as teaching the Maesters how to perform ressurections, otherwise they'd be rounded up and kept under custody. Those who collaborated would be employed in the islands' civil administration, with all the associated privileges. However, the Faith of the Seven would be allowed into the islands as well, and specially advertised amongst the freed thralls.It's understandable that the Ironborn lords would be quite upset with all of those changes and naturally some would be inclined to plot and scheme against me. I wouldn't deal with them in the usual Westerosi way of public beheadings or something, no; I'd never kill them. They'd slip down the stairs. Fall off a bridge. Drink themselves to death due to depression. Die of a misterious disease. Choke with a piece of food at dinner. Commit suicide by hanging themselves or jumping off their keeps' windows,and afterwards politely closing said windows from the inside. Or they'd simply vanish, never to be heard of again.Boatloads after boatloads of sedicious drowned men, ironborn freemen and whatnot would frequently make it to the Gift. That is, the ones that didn't resist arrest or weren't killed in battle after taking up arms in rebellion.All arable land previously seized from the lords would be distributed equally amongst the freed thralls. Again, they would not be anyone's serfs and wouldn't owe anything to their former lords.All of the islands' subjects (both Ironborn freemen and freed thralls) working in commerce, agriculture, fishing, metalworking, shipbuilding and other crafts would be subject to a single, very low fixed royal tax. They would be exempt of any prior taxes or fees levyed by Ironborn lords or the Crown itself.Any merchant ships who registered in a port on the Iron Islands and flew under its banner would be exempt of any taxes and fees in all of Westeros' ports, and word of it would be sent all over the Realm. All Ironborn confiscated warships would be disarmed and converted, and, together with the confiscated merchant and transport vessels, they would be sold at low prices to anyone who might afford them but the Ironborn lords and freemen.A "Bank" would be established by the Crown in Pyke to manage the wealth provenient from the Islands' taxes, as well as the sellout of property confiscated from the Ironborn lords. It would concede low-interest loans to merchants (both local and foreign), craftsmen, farmers, etc, as well as providing insurance for ships. Farmers could mortgage their lands and lords could mortgage their castles if they so wished.The Crown would advertise to merchants, shipbuilders and craftsmen from all over the Realm the many benefits of moving themselves and their money and businesses to the Islands. Smallfolk would also probably be interested in immigrating there, as they'd find more economic opportunities as well as freedom from their lords.Before long, the Islands should transform from a decadent pirate backwater into a rich and developed naval, commercial, industrial and financial hub. Instead of a fleet of raiding ships, the Islands would have massive convoys of merchant vessels bringing them riches from all over the world.The local population and the immigrants would benefit enormously from the trade and the metalworking industry, as well as Northern lumberjacks (who would make plenty of $$$ selling timber for shipbuilding) and Riverlands farmers (who would profit from exporting food to the Islands' growing population).The Ironborn lords would have gone from a self-deluded militaristic landed elite to a mere shadow of its former self, probably having to rent, sell or mortgage their only assets -their castles - to pay off their debts, or (as it would probably be the case with the brighter ones) to do business as the new times would demand. Eventually, the Ironborn nobility would either die out or be assimilated by the merchant class and the bureaucracy. The ironborn freemen would, likewise, would be forced to give up their raiding traditions for civilian crafts, if they didn't want to starve to death.In time the occupation forces could be withdrawn, and the militias composed of former thralls could take over as the main enforcers of the king's peace. Eventually the militia would allow all of the Islands' men to join, and the combination of Ironborn fierceness and Westerosi doctrine and discipline would turn it into a formidable, disciplined military force loyal to no particular lord, but only to the king.So that's how I'd hope not merely to pacify the Islands, but to fully seize the opportunity to turn them into a thriving, prosperous and free land.

Your parents informed the government of your birth , the government then issued you a birth certificate with which they formed a corporation in your name into which stocks and bonds were invested. Notice that your surname is in capitals on your birth certificate? And your drivers license? And your phonebill? And that speeding ticket? Got it? That surname in capitals represents your legal fiction over whom the state has legal dominion.Now a simplified example of contractual law. You walk into a shop and ask for a can of coke. You have just offered to contract with the shop owner.Now he hands you the can of coke. He has ageed to contract. There are two main aspects to contract law - there must been full disclosure between parties with both agreeing upon the terms and there must be mutual consent between both parties. Both purchaser and supplier have agreed in this example. For the provision of goods and services we then exchange cash. Contract complete. The state cannot legally contract with the natural man but they can contract with your legal fiction or strawman. Accordingly the state can not enforce, for example, taxes, fines, regulations, vehicle registration etc etc upon the living breathing man, they can however enforce them upon your strawman entity.Now you know what your strawman is. All can be confirmed in Blacks Law Dictionary.When the state borrows from the bankers it is required to put up collateral for that loan. Your strawman or the corporation and the stocks and bonds contained therein are offered by the state as security against the loan.Now your UCC-1 filings. When one realises the existence of their fictitious corporate persona, one may choose to 'opt out', ie to seperate the natural man from the artificial man or corporation. As an infant, when your birth certificate was created, you did not and could not have had full disclosure and you were an infant incapable of consent. This renders the contract null and void. The state will deny the existence of your strawman and when you produce evidence the state will try to bamboozle you with legalese. They will try intimidation eg. informing you that you will give up all rights as afforded to your strawman by the state such as health care, welfare, passport, drivers licence, citizenship etc etc. With perserverence though and correct legal procedure one CAN seperate themselves from the fictious corporate entity with the use of UCC filings.Some choose to take a different path and act as the agent or become fiduciary for the strawman entity created in their name. A fiduciary is a legal or ethical relationship of trust between two or more parties. Typically, a fiduciary prudently takes care of money for another person - in this case their strawman or artificial person. This can and has been done by various Freemen ( this is the common law term given to the natural sovereign man)] and I personally know one freeman who successfully offset his mortgage, a personal loan and credit card debts with the banks by using the stocks and bonds held in his strawman account. I have NEVER heard of anybody getting access to the stocks and bonds and converting them to cash, and I mean, lets face it, why would you? In essence its generational blood money.Finally, if you wish to continue, I offer the following cryptic advice - completing and filing your UCC documents is a relatively straight forward process which also serves notice upon the state of your awakening.
