I am not sure about this but would like to share what I feel after I filled up the form of Cbb scholarship scheme.To me it looks completely fake scheme created by a person or a group for earning money. Following are the reasons:I searched the entire internet there was absolutely no information about this scheme which they claim is provided by the state government and HRD ministry.Since this scheme provides scholarship scheme in colleges according to the state of the candidate, its very unusual that it does not ask for domiciles.Poor quality website.Very unusual process of form filling as it asks fr neither photograph or thumb print or anything like that.As soon as u Complete the form filling process it generates a invitation letter​ in pdf form and straight away calls u for counseling without any scholarship exams.So I think its a fake website and a fake scholarship program.

Hi , thanks for A2A.First, DAAD is a German Scholarship offered to students of various Indian institutes. (You can see the list in the website). So, in order to grab it, you need to work a little hard (initially)!You need to email German professors who resonate with your interests, and get 3 documents from him: invitation letter, German host approval, and a project proposal. This is the hardest step as far as the application is concerned, and rest of the steps are cakewalk.The next step is to sign into a portal designed by DAAD, there you will find an electronic application form available in pdf, which you need to fill up, then upload some documents like the NOC, No objection certificate (these are present as pdf on the DAAD website, and should be signed by the home institute).You should upload the application form too, and fill the recommendation form available in the portal (done by your Prof). Then you should post the recommendation and application (even though you uploaded it) to the DAAD Delhi address given on the site.I hope you get it (because even i was interested since the 4th sem and finally i got it!!).
