Have you verified with the county of any changes?**So, here is the thing — one of you may very well have a claim against your title insurance from when you purchased your property. When the property was purchased 55 years ago, the title search would indicate the property line.If a new survey indicated that the prior survey was in error, and, the 3 feet that was included in your title search actually belongs to the neighbor, you are entitled to compensation for the 3 feet that you paid for though did not own. And, that land value should be for the value today, not 55 years ago.Could be that the neighbor’s title search showed they owned the 3 feet and it is actually your. Then they would have a claim with their title insurance.**I once had a client whose title search did not indicated an easement granted in favor of a neighbor (a shared driveway). When my client filed for permits to relocate the driveway, she learned that she could not due to the unknown and undisclosed easement.The client was disappointed that her vision of a new driveway would not be allowed; but, her mid 6 figure settlement eased that pain — a lot!

And if someone comes along in 2019 and creates The Fast and Furious Church of Vin Diesel, it is legit as well.But repealing the 2nd only removes the limits on the government to Infringe upon the RKBA. It doesn’t instantly make guns illegal, that would have be done through the passage of additional laws. But let’s pretend the government repeals the 2nd and passes a total ban of all civilian firearms: IF the government decides to criminalize a pre-existing, natural Right, then Yes, most Freedom loving Patriots would disobey the new law. Those 5% surround the usual suspect cities, like Detroit, Miami, Baltimore, Kansas City, Chicago, DC, Los Angeles, New Orleans, New York, etc…Most murders occurred in 5 percent of counties, says studySo we actually know where the problem is, and even with those counties/cities we can use the data to see what neighborhoods are involved. Seems there is an ulterior motive in this? The most recent “common sense” gun law proposal mentions SPECIFIC firearms (97%) that have NEVER been used in a mass shooting!! Why is that?
