That is why it is virtually impossible to accurately represent the number of homeless people.The percentage of college students that are homeless is alarmingly high, and the numbers are growing rapidly. Many college students don’t ask for help because they feel undeserving or embarrassed.If we focused on not only getting homeless people into housing, but sustaining them for 3 months so they have time to save the first few paychecks, we will see a significant decrease of the homeless population. Grocery stores are busy the first 15 days of the month right after midnight, since food stamps are loaded at midnight, once a month. The date depends on last name and sometimes last four of social. Some families only make one or two trips a month to the grocery store because they lack transportation. That is why people on food stamps sometimes favor processed foods that have a long shelf life over fresh produce that goes bad quickly. Report him to the ASPCA. If he is living in an apartment building, or renting, report him to his landlord. I suspect that he is doing this in violation of his lease if he is renting.
