User has to click on “Apply Now”b. User has to key in his/her mobile number and email id (if available). Two different OTPs will be sent on mobile number and email (if provided by the customer).c. Customer has to key-in the OTP(s).Step – 2 : KYC, Customer details and Application Password:a. In Proof of Identity (PoI)and Proof of Address (PoA)fields, the dropdown option of available OfficiallyValid Documents (OVDs) has to be selected by the customer.b. User will key-in details like Document Number, Expiry Date, issued by, Issued at and Issued date as per PoI and PoA.c. On next screen, user needs to key-in Name, Salutation, Date of Birth details, Country of Birth (which will be a predictive drop down field with the country appearing as the first few letters are typed) and city/place of birth.d. On next screen, user will create Application Password.e. On next screen, user will enter Address as per PoA selected earlier.Step – 3 : Photo Capturinga. The User has to capture his/her photograph using web cam/ photo upload option in case of Portal and may take selfie in case of App. Users are requested to ensure the clarity of image.Step - 4 : Additional detailsa. User needs to key-in additional details such as Father’s and Mother’s name, Marital Status, Mother’s maiden name, Spouse name (if applicable), occupation from the options available. Click on Next. The spouse name is mandatory in case the applicant is a female and the marital status is married, as per CKYC guidelines.b. On the Next screen, the details like income, education and religion are selected.Step – 5 : Nominationa. User has to fill the nomination details like name, relationship, age, and address in the system. The option Nominee address same as Applicant’s address, if selected, will auto-populate the address fields with customer address details.b. If the Nominee is minor then the next screen is displayed where the guardian’s details viz name, age, address would need to be entered.b.Step – 6 : Services requireda. User will specify the requirement of services like Internet Banking “View” Rights, Cheque book, SMS Alerts and will Click on “Next” button.b. On the next screen, user would need to specify the Debit Card type, Debit Card variant, Name as would appear on Debit cardb. Step – 7: Terms and Conditions, OTP Acknowledgement and Reference Number:a. User has to read the Terms and Conditions and will check the textbox if agreeing for the same.b. On next screen user will again check the textbox for agreeing to receive information on other Products and Offerings from the bank from time to time.c. On the next screen user will receive OTP on the mobile number given which user will key-in as Acknowledgement.d. In next screen User can see the 6 digits reference number generated which user needs totake along while visiting the branch for KYC verification.
