Plus I can generate work orders and keep track of contractor information and billing details in one place.It does comprehensive tenant screening. I’m going to level with you, I hate doing tenant screening. The services I’ve used in the past are usually either A) too pricey or B) not thorough enough. It checks their credit, eviction history, debt-to-income ratio, criminal background, and verifies their income and identity.
