HC has rejected his urgent hearing application for bail, directed him to seek relief from regular trail court.In the meantime, Udhav's government has appointed inquiry into the closure of Anway Naik and his mother's suicide by the erstwhile police officer.This is going to be a huge problem for Arnab's bail. If Arnab files for interim bail plea before the Sessions Court, Udhav's government will file objections. During this closure inquiry the Court may reject his bail prayer for obvious reasons.Therefore, Arnab's release may be delayed.

There are 5 persons who are in a soup for whatever this Narendra Modi does positive to be in power again in 2019.This 5 people are,P.ChidambaramKarti ChidambaramRobert VadhraRahul GandhiSonia Gandhi.Just day before, during an hearing application moved by karti Chidambaram in SC to move out of India, SC CJI Gogoi made a surprising comment “We know karti is not co operating to investigating agencies and do whatsoever you want, roam here and there but we tell you we will come down heavily if you won't co operate to investigating agencies”. This are the words of CJI Ranjan Gogoi for karti Chidambaram!!Further, This government unlike previous government has tried Rahul Gandhi, for National Herald case and SC has refused to give stay on this case!!Now coming to the question about Chidambaram comment, this ex FM is basically big corrupt and what else he can comment? ThIs knows all, Ex FM shall answer the question that Why he is on bail? Why there is no Raids on A k antony residence? He was the defense minister also Why there is no raids on Virappa Moily residence and rest 60 others minister's of MMS Government? The reason is Chidambaram is corrupt!! Being a smart advocate and not leaving a proof may be a smart corruption but people of India and SC has understood your smartness!!This Ex FM was choosing the timings of policy decisions during peak hours of stock markets!! All benifits to karti Chidambaram and Nalini Chidambaram!!Aircel maxis!! Or a forgotten property of London in IT returns are another examples of his corrupt nature. Now the budget has everything what a Government needs during final 20 20 power play.How would Chidambaram like this? When he knows he will have to go for jail yatra if Narendra Modi Government comes to power again!!The cunning and cheating nature of Chidambaram is very old, years back he won elections in TN by booth capturing and big malpractice. Later that matter went to SC and time was pulled by Chidambaram where his term as MP got over!! This Chidambaram is noticing the end of his political career and that's why he has gone desperate!!

I had the same problem understanding OSI model in Computer Networks subject. Well first things first. You need to remember all the layers and only then you can move forward with understanding them. Create a mnemonic to remember the layers. My bottom-top mnemonic isPlease Do Not Throw Sushi and Pizza Away. (PDNTSPA).This has just stuck to my mind, feel free to create yours.Understanding it through real life example is kinda difficult but suppose you're carrying large amount of goods from one place to other. Say you're travelling in sea using a number of ships.1. Physical Layer: Physical layer deals with the actual connectivity between the source and destination. If you're transferring data to another machine through LAN, physical layer is the Ethernet connection. The water in the sea connecting your place and destination is the physical layer in our case.2. Data Link layer: In this layer data is broken down into pieces. That is your goods will be separated in various categories, say expensive goods, fragile and non fragile. This layer deals with breaking the data being sent and transmitting it through the physical layer. So goods being categorized and sent through the sea.3. Network layer: Here the data being sent is organized. It also decides which protocols to use, tcp or udp. So in our case the different compartments of ship where you'll keep these goods is the network layer. It will also decide which generators and engines to be used while travelling (protocols).4. Transport Layer: Transport layer gives you the best route, security and safest path to the destination. The transportation of data takes place here. So think of the coast guard as transport layer. He'll look after the connection, inform you if there's any danger and tell you the best route to your destination.5. Session layer: The best way to remember a session is thinking of it as a Hangout or Yahoo messenger chat. When two people start communicating a session is created, as soon as one ends the chat or disconnects session is broken. Session layer creates a new session for a pack of data. So the time when our ships leaves our docks and till the time it reaches the destination is one whole session, assuming there are no problems during that interval. If your ships gets hijacked by pirates, session is terminated. If the destination blows up, session is terminated.Session plays an important role in online transactions. In the very last step, where you need to enter OTP or your secure password to authorize the transaction, if you sit idle for more than 2-3 minutes without any activity, the session will terminate itself and the transaction will be unsuccessful.6. Presentation Layer: There are times you send various file formats through the network like images or videos. Presentation layer deals with all this different files. It converts this data into a readable format for the destination. Think of a captain who's in charge of people from various races, countries and languages. He has to make sure everyone will reach to destination and can perform their work over there.7. Application layer: Many people think of browsers as soon as they hear application layer. But application layers isn't the browsers or application you're using. In our case if browsers are taken then ships will be out application layer.But application layer is not the browser but the common protocols used by the browsers. So application layer are not the ships but the common fuels these ships are using.Please if I am wrong anywhere do suggest the edits.TCP and UDP is at transport layer.
