They must employ others to get wealthy. Employment is a voluntary contract with another person or organization. The organization is not to blame if it offers a dime an hour to lift coal into bins. Nor is it to blame if it offers a gold brick to put a spoon of molasses into a barrel. Workers choose to sell their labor (labour) at the cost they wish to. Chrome underlined labour. Does it underline labor in Old Blighty?Technically speaking there are over 14 million different millionaires in America. That is 11% of households. However being a millionaire is easier than it appears. If you have over a million in assets and funds and land value - congrats you are a millionaire. Many farmers are millionaires as land and tractors and animals are all worth a fair amount. The farmer himself might have less than a few grand in his accounts usually, but he is technically a millionaire. Most people would not consider him rich because so much of his wealth is tied up in assets. Then again MOST people who have wealth have it tied up in assets. They do NOT have big piles of cash laying around or gold coins to swim in like Scrooge McDuck.As most of what the 'rich' have is tied up in assets it makes vilification fall to vilifying their assets themselves. Most of those assets are also tended by employees who choose to sell their labor to improve and maintain those assets and keep them producing a good or service. If you cull their assets then they must release workers to compensate for the loss boosting unemployment and joblessness playing into the socialist blocs hands.America is a haven for people which is why so many millions sneak in every year. People all over the world would like to come here. Because we honor (honour) contract law like no ones business. We are honest to a fault. There is very little corruption in comparison to elsewhere (India is rife with it). It is EASY to be a millionaire in the United States - almost 12% of households ARE millionaires! If you own some land and have a tractor and maybe a thresher, couple dozen cows, you are on the cusp of being a millionaire. On paper. You are rich, on paper. You are still the one working 17 hour days moving cows off the north paddock and mending fences and what not chores a plenty.It is haven for work and honesty and in many states (we have 50) very little government intrusion into what you do. More importantly what your business does. This is important for people who are industrious and work a great amount. The socialism proponents are hapless layabout's most of the time. They want a check cut to them from their strawman Scrooge McDuck (previously mentioned) because he has so much funding he can part with some for them to get a free college degree in Gender Studies. Maybe he has to sell of a department of his business to cover tax costs, doesn't matter to the socialist bloc, as long as the layabout get that free stuff and they get the vote.
