The great @Paytm (company) SCAM.. yes you read that right…and when they say to become a big man you need not to follow all the rules.Same is followed by @Vijay Shekhar Sharma to become India’s youngest billionaireSo Paytm is a leading E-Wallet company in India the biggest and the highly used e-wallet service of India but let me tell you a special fact about it you might be having thousands of rupees in your Paytm wallet and in fraction of seconds you may come to know your account balance in the Paytm passbook has been reduced to just some paise the amount which cannot be withdrawn .So this is what happened I had an Paytm wallet balance of Rs.4865 . I usually use Paytm just to accept payments at my shop so the wallet balance was high. And i decided to transfer the amount to my bank account but to my utter surprise as and when i opened the account I found the balance to be Rs.0.73 that was when i didnot made any transaction.I was left in utter shock as where the money went as I have recieved any SMS/EMAIL/APP NOTIFICATION for amount deducted. Every Paytm user might be irritated from various notifications sent by Paytm on adding a single penny to the account and by paying a single penny from the account by several modes like email ,sms, app notification but in this case i didnot received the notification so i was just shocked{This is the scam so why will they send notification to me} and decided to see my pass book .To my utter surprise there were many small small payments to RED BUS as in the picture all within fraction of minutes and this was when i didnot have an Red bus accountAnd i was shattered as afterall it was my hard earned money so i decided to reach out to paytm customer support to which i was connected in 32 mins however cconversation lasted for 5 minutes hardly and they said they have flagged the transaction and i will soon be getting an email and the customer guy informed me that my paytm account was takenover by some hacker and I need not to worry and should immediately change the password the rest will be figured out by our concerned team.And i was totally lost next day when i received the following mail from them-I had never imagined I would be scammed in such a manner as i had not received a OTP,a email confirmation of payment, a SMS and when I had not even operated the account for 2–3 days .
