Performance reviews are extremely important, but not at the cost of making some people important or demeaning some people. Some of the reasons that Performance reviews have an extremely bad name is because of the nature of the review, which might have questions like these :1) Not relevant to current jobMany times employees don’t understand how a review question is relevant to the work they are doing or the project they are in.
