Either remove shadows, or increase light-ness.Doing both simultaneously is the key to the fastest method of increasing your vibration.Theoretically if you allow in enough light the shadows will disappear in their relevance and eventually die off, however if the process is halted and it often is due to the tumulous life in modern times the shadows can cling on and stay for decades. The shadow self is like ivy, it will grow where it can however it can.If you want to take a two pronged approach you will be faced with those shadows, often in overwhelming ways.What a lot of people don’t realise in the spiritual community is that when you begin to clear out your demons, or shadows you are changing your vibration in such a way as to change your reality.For example. Do not give them energy and power to influence you.Start eating organic, stop eating meat which carries energetically negative energies within it’s structure.Exercise and sweat daily to flush out the lymphatic system of toxins, which strengthen the internal detox organs and thus enabling the other organs to function more effectively.Play, sing, dance, or what ever hobby that gets you emotionally high but in a balanced and healthy way involving movement. Do it more often.Meditatation, always raises your vibration even 5 minutes a day of quietening the noise will have a cumulative effect long term.Sleep when you need to for long enough that you feel rested, the duration will change per person.Declutter and clean up your spaces and avoid spaces which don’t feel peaceful.Ground yourself daily to reduce inflamation and the production of free radicals. Grounding mats, walking on bare earth etc.Breathe consciously, breathe in light and breathe out stress and negative ideas.If your work, family or anything in yourlife deals out stress, find a way of getting rid of it. It always builds up and enough of it kills.Like I said there are hundreds of other things you can do but most of them will show up when they are necessary, follow those bread crumbs, trust and allow that process of change to better you for your own reasons.
