PDF Editor FAQ

Can BPD compel a person to pick the absolutely wrong guy over the absolutely right guy compulsively, and how can one get past making the wrong choices, over good and evil, with men?

The Beaumont Police Department?Good and bad are subjective.

What is something that you swear happened but you have no proof and nobody believes you?

Sunday, September 9th, 2017 at 7am.A large, 230+ lb man came running by and almost knocked me down.Behind him was a police officer. The man jumped some landscaping bushes at the car wash across the street and tripped. The police officer tackled him. Thinking the man running was someone who'd broken into a car earlier, I went over to see if it was him.Instead of him giving up, he was fighting to get away from the police officer.I heard the officer start yelling “you better let go of me!”. And, he was trying to reach his microphone. But, couldn't. The man had his arm pinned. They rolled around on the ground and blows were exchanged.About a half dozen people were watching. But, no one did anything but stare. Or, get in their car and start leaving. They rolled until the cops gun was sticking up in the air. And, it looked like the guy could reach it.I thought about all those times I'd seen things like that on TV and couldn't believe I was in one of those positions then.I couldn't walk off. Couldn't let the guy get the gun. Couldn't figure out what to do. So, I jumped on the guy and tried to help the cop.For a good solid two minutes we wrestled this guy. And. He was big, super strong and scared…I have no idea who finally called the police. It was everything the both of us could do just to keep him on the ground.Suddenly, it was like an Eddie Murphy movie. Cop cars came sliding up from everywhere. One, slid right up till the bumper was a few inches away from my shoulder.A cop bailed out of each door and the two of them grabbed the guy and yanked him up off the ground. The cop was named Joshua Hall. I think it was his 1 year anniversary with the Beaumont Texas police department.I'm over 60, 140 lbs and I don't care for fighting at all.I just couldn't live with myself had I done anything other than try to keep the cop from getting killed with his own handgun. Or, having to shoot the guy he tackled if it came to that point.I did have second thoughts. But, by the time I had them, it was way too late to back up.“Is this guy going to actually get to the gun and shoot both of us now?”“Does he already have a gun his own? And, should I be trying to get the cops gun and stop him before he kills us? ““Should I have just kicked hell out of this guy's balls when I had the chance and ended this then and there? ““Have I really, really made a bad decision here?”Eventually, about a dozen cops told me thanks. And, one reminded me I could get hurt doing things like that.It wasn't in the paper or on Tv. I didn't get a medal. No call from the police chief, mayor or anyone like that…Just Joshua Hall and a handful of chips who had to work Sunday morning thanking me.Oh, and a bottle of ice cold water. This was a week after hurricane Harvey.Cold water was in short supply. And the cops were busy with more things than usual. One guy I know witnessed it. And Joshua Hall can tell you about it.But, when I tell someone what I did, they roll their eyes like they've heard everything now…So, it would have been nice to have some proof to pass down to my grand kids so they'd know their grandfather did do whatever had to be done when the time came. The bad part was, some people don't care for people who help police. Period.Instead of a medal, I've gotten threats, burglarized, vandalized and demoralized by some of the people in the neighborhood.Since I'm not in love with them any more than they are me. I couldn't care less. But, I do hope the police are there to help me when the time comes that I need it.

Hypothetically if a police officer or a whole police department ever discriminated or harassed someone could they be prosecuted?

People Trust Us

I've used quite a few such tools, the most major of which was the gorilla in the market, DocuSign, and while they all pretty much do the same thing and "work", I found CocoDoc to have a fluidity and pleasantness that others lack. That, and it's priced much more attractively -- I guess they're working on gaining market share.
