Had they said, “have your wife fill Part II and then have it notarized” would have saved a lot of grief. However, I suggested for me to go to a local Randstad Technologies agency, have an employee there fill Part II and verify my documents, and then fax the form back to Woburn. My harebrained idea was taken seriously, and it was done as I suggested, with the employee verifying my documents being the branch manager.
