All I needed was the Will form, once, but the cost was $30 for a subscription to use a boilerplate form that I filled in (too much $), or else "free". I am not a freeloader, so was conflicted. I went ahead and paid for the $30 subscription, filled in the form and printed it. The form itself and the download was comprehensive and a piece of cake - very professionally done - all good there. I then cancelled the subscription with no troubles, effectively obtaining the Will for free, which upset my sense of fairness to CocoDoc, so I inquired about paying them $10.00 for the Will, which seemed equitable, as it was a good product. A quite nice response from CocoDoc informed me there wasn't a way they could do that, and that they were happy with the fact I got use out of their product. Quite human and giving, I'd say. Bottom line, the service was excellent, the product was professional, and their customer service was on the ball and very fast. Should I need legal forms in the future, I would definitely go to CocoDoc.
