I bought the Dr Fone software to fix my iPhone that was stuck in a recovery mode loop, as I had no luck fixing it through iTunes. Unfortunately, the Dr Fone software couldn’t fix it either and I was left with the prospect of taking the next step which would have resulted in lost data. I needed that data urgently, so I took it to Apple and they managed to somehow fix the problem. This meant I had no need for the software and it hasn’t fixed my problem, so I looked into requesting a refund. Going on their published policy, I thought I’d have no hope, but after I sent through an online refund request, Rainnie from the Customer Care team contacted me and after I’d explained the situation she didn’t hesitate to arrange an immediate refund. I was very impressed with the integrity of this company. They could have refused my refund request, as it was outside of the guidelines, but instead they did the right think and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them in the future, should I need to recover data or use one of their other fixes. There seems to be a number of recommendations by reputable publications so the software must generally work well. Whilst it didn’t fix my particular issue, I’m happy to buy from a company who stands behind their product and backs it with a money back guarantee.
