GOOD GRIEF! After downloading and installing a free trial, I came to the conclusion that I did not want their software and that's when my problems started. I could not UNinstall the software because the supplied routine had a fault (admitted by their support). Windows could not uninstall it and neither could the CocoDoc "uninstall routine". Microsoft could not uninstall it without the "program number" (which CocoDoc don't seem to have). The CocoDoc support staff just kept telling me to delete the folder containing their software - BUT I DON'T WANT THEIR RUBBISH LEFT IN MY REGISTRY. They refuse to provide the code for the install routine which would enable me to employ a programmer to fix it. Overall an amateur show with very little skill. This is not acceptable in Australia!
