You can use the Google metrics also to select a journal. Read the scope of the journal while selecting a journal. Make sure that the jornal publishes works in same or similar area. If you feel that the results will have significant impact to the field, target a high impact factor journal in Elsevier, IEEE,Springer, Wiley etc.4) Draft a manuscript as per the selected journal, send the manuscript.Every journal has its own specifications.After selecting the journal, prepare the manuscript according to the journal guidelines.5) After this, wait for the reviewer comments.The manuscript will get accepted and then published once it is acceptable by the reviewers.
