My understanding is that the cognitive test that was used is a very short screening measure called the MoCA. I am familiar with this test. It can do a good job of picking up severe cognitive impairment. A person can pass that simple test and still have many more subtle signs of going downhill mentally— a much more thorough exam is needed. In general, most MD’s are not trained in cognitive assessment beyond these 5–10 minute simple screenings. There are many readily available observations of him that suggest something is, in fact, wrong with his mental functioning: rambling, unable to make a coherent sentence; flip-flopping from hour to hour; completely failing to grasp the big picture of climate change vs. daily weather; behaving in a childlike manner such as pushing aside other world leaders to get to the front, or boasting in a childlike manner about the size of his hands or his nuclear button. He appears to lack mature judgment or to be able to manage his impulsive behaviors. He needs a staff of handlers to try to keep him from going off like a loose canon. A person could easily pass a MoCA screening test and still not be mentally equipped to be in charge of our country. He needs to have an real and thorough neuropsychological evaluation using much more sensitive tests before I would begin to be satisfied about his cognitive condition.

This is also a common symptom of Parkinson’s Disease.It is believed that he had bi-polar disorder.He also took took cocaine and crystal meth. It affected his mental being. It is also said that he injected himself with bull semen. Not much evidence states he actually did inject himself with bull semen except one health report that was dated back to 1945. He also had liver and stomach ailments.Hitler’s mental being was very poor by 1945 and he was pretty much and angry man. The war was not over but at a closing loss, Hitler knew that but lied to himself to just wish for some hope. He yelled at his staff when they told him what he didn’t want to hear. Even in 1944, when he heard about his failed defenses at Omaha Beach, he yelled and lost his mind. It was hopeless at that point.He knew the war was lost but did everything he can for a miracle to happen. In 1945, he announced that those who wouldn’t fight the Soviets in the Battle of Berlin would be executed. He pushed everyone, even the elderly to battle.The stress of the inevitable defeat, the drugs, and his diseases just impacted his mental being. He became an angry and deranged man.
