Granted, that one is on sale only 6/21 and 6/22 but that is an excellent monitor for $409.The next size to look for would be about 40" or 42" and by that time you will want to look specifically for 3K or 4K as you will want the higher resolution for gaming at that size.

I could be wrong.The logistics of 144 frames a second are crazy.(4.15 MB per frame at 16bit ~600 MB/Sec @ 1920 x 1080)GSYNC requires a processor to handle the interpolation built in the screen.Freesync would be much more feasible as it utilizes features of display port instead.To build a 144 Hz capable display screen is not cheap and to get a processor as well is going to cost.Are you trolling me?

I think that the best PC for the money is still a high-refresh-rate 1080p system.You can run a GTX 1650 Super very nicely on a 4.2GHz quad core i3–9100F ($80) and a good, but inexpensive B360M (micro ATX) motherboard like the MSI Bazooka ($90)The Coffee Lake 9100F only needs DDR4–2666 so 16GB of some budget kit for $65 is fine—the G.Skill AEGIS is usually very reasonably priced. Adding a 500GB NVMe SSD for Windows and a few games to get started is a great way to get a very fast system without spending a huge amount of money all at once. At $65 the WD Blue is a very good choice. It lacks the top end speed of the WD Black or a Samsung 970 EVO, but it is about 500% faster than a SATA SSD, when you need the speed.Your core system will run about $300. Spending $160 on a GTX 1650s will bring the component budget to $460.Figure on roughly $50 for a PSU and $50 for a case.The Metallic Gear Neo ($50) is probably my favorite budget case of 2019. I just wish that it came in mATX form factor.Odds and ends like case fans and a WiFi adapter will bring the build up to around $600.There are a few 144Hz 1080p monitors out there for under $140 but I don’t know whether any of these would be worth considering. I know there is a very decent FreeSync IPS monitor from AOC that runs at 75Hz and costs $133. You could be very persuaded to opt for the vividness of IPS over the speed if a TN panel.Microscopic bezels on the AOC 24V2H lend themselves very nicely to a multiple monitor setup for future expansion. Set a frame rate cap on this monitor at 75fps and it will run as smooth as butter from 48Hz to 75Hz.The GTX 1650 really is only about a 85fps card on newer AAA games and a 75Hz adaptive sync monitor would look stunning—although somewhat less than perfect for a more experienced gamer.
