I believe the only vaccine a minor (under 18) can get without parent/guardian permission is Hepatitis B. If you go to your doctor and use insurance, your parents will have to give permission and sign a consent form. The same goes for any Pharmacy, even if you pay in cash. They will require a consent form. As you seem to be underage (based on the question) you won’t be able to get a flu vaccine without a consent form. Minors (with the exception of emancipated minors) cannot legally consent to anything. You may want to get the vaccine as you disagree with your parents and think it’s in your best interest.
