When keeping or kenneling an animal, we won’t be liable for loss, harm, sickness, or death of the animal unless due to our negligence. We’ll return the animal to you upon request if it has not already been turned over to a humane society, local authority or rescue organization. We have no lien on the animal for any purpose.28. When We May Enter.
