If you pass with 2/3 positive, then you are a "probationary party member" now.The next year would be the same, except maybe you’ll be expected to hand in more papers.Then a year(or several years) and another vote later, you’ll be a party member.What do you get after all these?the privilege to pay an annually fee to the party.the chance for promotion in government positions and SOEs. But you got to get a civil servant job or join a SOE yourself, another one-in-a-thousand competition. Also, CCP membership is not a guarantee for promotion — without one is a glass ceiling, to be precise.the honor to die first. In emergencies, soldiers and party members are expected to be in front of common people. SARS outbreak, 98′ flood, 08′ earthquake… local party members would be called to help where it is needed, while common people won’t.And that’s about all.So, I was one of the top students in high school, and was given the invitation to fill the form. Any offers you click on will get integrated to the retail store’s legacy systems.We didn’t rent storage.That system used Amazon Cognito to handle all aspects of logging in and managing passwords. It even allows logins using other sites like Facebook login.By using Cognito, that component was pre-written, tested, maintained and has security patches applied by Amazon staff.The CMS itself was JavaScript hosted on Amazon S3 in its ‘web server’ mode. That’s a secured web server with storage we did not have to write.The variable content was stored in Amazon Dynamo DB. That’s a scalable, high-performance key-value database system that we did not have to write or buy.System integration used tiny pieces of JavaScript business logic running inside AWS Lambda, secured by AWS Gateway. That’s a web app we did not write, with security we did not write, with ‘web app boilerplate’ we did not write.There were more components, but you get the idea. You are not renting raw computers. You are renting pre-built highly scalable, secure software components that remove most of the mechanics of your application.You are spending neither money nor time on developing boilerplate code.Other projects have created a Java Spring Boot app, put it in a Docker image, then let AWS ECR and Fargate actually build up servers to run that Docker image on. Others use AWS RDS - a fully managed Postgres database system.Azure and GCP offer similar services, too.The key point is that each cloud provider is allowing you to rent and not build the software components that everybody needs. The ones we traditionally built in-house over and over again. Each time with a unique set of bugs!
