I was never spec ops, but when I was in the ARMY our unit was littered with ex Green Berets and Rangers (scroll). Most of those guys were built like muscular cross country guys. My guess is the average linebacker would rag doll a Seal. However, Seals are some of the most hardcore combat operators on the planet.
