On March 22, 2020 Governor Newsom issued his Executive Order N-33–20 the State Home order, in which the list of the essential industries that are exempt from the order is 14 pages long. The Energy Sector supplies fuels to the transportation industry, electricity to households and businesses, and other sources of energy that are integral to growth and production across the Nation.
