How can I use social media Influencers to help me with my affiliate marketing?

Influencers can be useful in your affiliate marketing strategy because they provideReach (larger audience) andRelevancy (more engagement, consumer consideration, product context, access to a trusting community.)In order to activate influencers, you need to take into account the process:identificationoutreachrecruitment and post reviewROI trackingpaymentIdentificationWhen doing influencer marketing, all the same rules about “targeting” apply. When identifying your influencers (manually in app or assisted by tools or marketplaces) always try to find people that are in your niche. This increases relevancy factor and thus = more engagement and more sales. This means you wouldn’t promote a product destined for older people by working with a meme page. Except, know that the influencer isn’t always representative of their audience. For example, what if a young millennial girl from Cali had an audience actually composed of 45% old men from Russia? (Either she bought fake followers or this is definitely not your ‘presumed’ target demographic.) In either case, you can solve these grey areas by using influencer analytics. We developed a free plugin tool for just that, which you can download for Chrome here. This is what it looks like:See any influencer’s analytics, performance history, and fake followers directly from your browser. As for outreach, if you’re not using a database tool, gather contacts from their social media accounts to host an email campaign (or message them in-app via DM).Remember to contact 10x more influencers than you need for your campaign. In the outreach, a simple email like the following will work:Pro tip: put the payment amount directly in the email subject to avoid haggling and increase open rates.Once the influencer(s) have been recruited, always be really clear in your brief about what you want them to post and do post review before anything goes live. Or else, you could wind up with content like this:In all serious, post review is very important for staying on-brand and following FTC guidelines. For affiliate marketing, you’ll have to provide them an affiliate link or coupon codes to distribute to their followers. You can decide to either pay the influencer a flat rate for sharing this information or you can pay them based on performance (i.e. they receive a part of the sales generated.)When tracking,Don’t wait till the end to start measuring success, this is a process that accompanies the campaign from start to finish.Global reach: track analytics from paid, owned, AND earned media.Sales attribution: be it coupons, codes, affiliate selling, or traffic analysis. Sales + Global Reach = your Influencer Marketing success. For payment,If you’re not using a professional tool, just opt for PayPal or bank transfer. But what if you are using a professional tool?Influencer marketing software like this one allows you to streamline the entire influencer process - from identification to payout, so you can focus on your marketing goals. Check it out:Disclaimer: my company invented the tech pictured here!Identification is simplified by a powerful search engine that allows you to access over 2 million influencers and sort them by criteria such as following size, niche, engagement rate, and more.List building - manage as many campaigns as you like at onceInternal mailing - now equipped with life cycles, exportableCampaign management - approve / reject briefs, set prices, and mass manage influencersReporting - Easily track virality with social listening and auto-generated reports.Pay - Integrated payout supports bank transfers, Paypal, and does invoicing.. including those W9 forms for US influencers.Check out all of the tools with these additional software screenshotsHope another perspective helps answer your question! In my opinion, influencer marketing can enhance affiliate marketing by increasing its reach and illustrating the product in a lifestyle context.best,Vivien

What is the most ruthless Enneagram type?

Whilst it will vary, and it will also depend upon disintegration, I would have to say in a general place, 8w9 and sx dominant 4w3’s.Any type can be “ruthless”, but when I think of the word ruthless, I personally associate force, strength, and an unrelenting as to it.An 8w9 will be even more detached than an 8w7 who will be a bit more carefree and easy going. This is because the w9 also falls into the gut/body/instinctive region. 8’s are known as the “protectors”, but they also are the most of any type affiliated with the externalization of anger.Sexual dom 4’s are known as “the angry fours”, and can be misconstrued as type 8’s because of this at times. When paired with a w3, it will be more externalized and directed outward than a 5 which is more reclusive. An unhealthy 1 will disintegrate to 4, whereas one who is 2 will that of 8. So for stressed one’s and two’s, they can also become quite ruthless given the right circumstance.Type 4 and 8 relationships have the most likelihood when paired together, of enduring domestic violence:Relationship Type 4 with Type 8 — The Enneagram InstituteBoth types take a certain pride in having a large than life quality about them: Eights in their larger than life willpower and quest for control, Fours in their larger than life emotions and in their quest for self-expression. Both types want to be free and to be free from having anyone control them, particularly in their careers and private lives. If they feel that the other is trying to control them, both types can become enraged, easily triggering gargantuan battle, financial and sexual intrigues, and rampant feelings of hatred. Both Fours and Eights are emotionally stormy and prone to periods of rage, depression, vengeance, and various forms of acting out. When conflicts between them reach a certain pitch, arguing replaces real connection, and fighting (and possible physical violence) becomes an increasingly common element of their communication, with the violence often running both ways. They can also begin to get into the practice of fighting and making up because both are more exciting that way. They can also begin punish each other by withholding attention and affection and by verbally putting the other down, often in public. No coupling is more passionate than the Four/Eight combination—nor is any couple more likely to deteriorate into verbal and physical abuse and various kinds of personal retaliation for escalating offenses. (They also tend to draw their friends and family into their conflicts, trying to make others choose sides.) They may get into the feeling that they are not able to stop themselves from hurting each other, as much as part of them would like to quiet down and become more normal. The passionate attraction that they have for each other can end in obsession and hurtful, ruinously impulsive actions. As a type 4w5 my own self, I am personally attracted to 8w7 enneagram types, and I have a few 8w9 online friends who appreciate of my uniqueness, but they are also aloof and detached which makes it hard upon me for my want to closely connect at a soul level. I am fond of the connection as well as protection an 8w7 gives me. I know a few 8w7’s who are quite protective over me (they become enraged when I am wronged or harmed, more than most people would and they will ruthlessly go on offensive mode to the offending person with their sharp tongues), and Yuri Lowell, from The Tales of Vesperia, I would say is an 8w7 (he has always been my favorite video game character and everything for I would want in a future lover). An example you can see is through Yuri Lowell, of how ruthless an 8 can be, but Yuri is not of the 9 wing:An enneagram 8 will work tirelessly to ensure others do not have control over them or of that in which they for, care. They integrate into 2, they will defend the innocent, they will protect as what they find pure. I have before had ennneagram 8’s tell me they feel I am pure and that is why they like me, and that to me shows they are at healthier levels of development. Whilst not having talked much to her, I have a feeling Katherine Michelle would be an 8w9, so perhaps if you want get an example of how an 8w9 is, read her content. An 8w7 will be more extroverted, but still, they are not completely zoned into the gut/body/instinctive zone—which dwells with anger and detachment from most emotions (making it much more feasible to act upon ruthless urges). An 8w7 has 7 in the head region.. An 8w9 generally will have a higher likelihood of being introverted.

How hard is it to make a gun-type nuclear bomb using U-233?

Not difficult at all, as such things go.U-233 has some distinct advantages over both U-235 and P-239—the most commonly used “bomb fuels”.Nuclear MaterialsA Guide to Nuclear WeaponsUranium 233 is a valuable resource, no matter what Robert Alvarez believesLike U-235, it can be used in a gun-type nuclear weapon. Plutonium cannot, unless it is reprocessed to an incredible degree of purity and the two subcritical pieces in a gun-type bomb are assembled at very great speeds. And even then, it is possible for the remaining P-240 contamination, even at extremely low levels, to result in a spontaneous, premature, low yield detonation: a “fizzle”.U-235, like U-233, can be used in both gun-type and implosion bombs. But U-235, although naturally occurring, is very labor intensive in terms of acquisition. That is, it takes a very expensive and usually rather lengthy industrial process in order to isolate (enrich) a given sample of uranium such that it contains a weapons-usable amount of U-235. Just how difficult this is can be seen from observing the percentage of U-235 that is naturally occurring—0.7, less than one tenth of one percent of all uranium on the planet. 99.3% of all uranium is not usable in weapons as it occurs in nature.U-233, however, is much more similar to plutonium-239 than it is to U-235. Like plutonium, U-233 is created as a product of the uptake of neutrons by another element, in this case thorium-232. Thorium is three to four times as abundant on Earth as uranium. Thus the initial cost of acquisition is considerably lower. The properties of U-233 are in fact more like plutonium than they are like U-235—except that, crucially and strangely, U-233 does NOT have a tendency to spontaneously fission. This in turn means that it is safe and practical to use U-233 in gun-type weapons even though it is produced via neutron bombardment and uptake, in a manner similar to plutonium. The Integral Molten Salt Reactor is Being Developed by the Canadian Firm Terrestrial Energy Inc With Assistance From Oak Ridge National Laboratory in the US. The First Unit is Expected to Come Online in the Mid to Late 2020s.Nuclear Power Turns To SaltAs far as I have been able to determine, there are really only two significant drawbacks to U-233, though neither of these, in my opinion, are the biggest reason(s) why it has not often been used in nuclear weapons. These are:The design of a reactor that would produce U-233 as its main output seems to be not as intuitive as the more standard machines powered by U-238. While a U-233 production reactor is not necessarily overwhelmingly complex, nevertheless it seems in general to be a bit more involved than other types and somewhat more cumbersome, generally speaking. Again, though, nothing that is very difficult to overcome, and indeed U-233 has been produced by reactors in the US, Russia, and India—and possibly in Germany and/or Japan, depending on how you read surviving documents related to Axis nuclear weapons development in WWII. Molten salt reactors are the type most closely associated with U-233 and the thorium fuel cycle, though other approaches do exist and are being explored today by China, the US, the UK, the Netherlands, and especially India. Molten Salt ReactorsReactor-produced U-233 generally has a higher proportion of impurities than reactor-produced P-239. Left in this state, U-233 will still go “kaboom” but it is more hazardous to work with because it emits more hard radiation than either of the other two most common fissile materials. Over time, the impurities will breed, causing the U-233 to reach dangerously high levels of radioactivity—which also makes a bomb powered by raw reactor-grade U-233 much easier to detect. However, here again there is an answer, and it is nothing esoteric or particularly difficult. Once more illustrating U-233’s broad similarity to plutonium, it is possible to create highly pure U-233 through chemical reprocessing of reactor output utilizing a technique known as THOREX (comparable to the PUREX method used to remove impurities from reactor-bred plutonium). THOREX dates to the md 1950s, when the Union Carbide Company began to use it at Oak Ridge National Laboratory to purify U-233 for use in nuclear weapons testing, notably though not exclusively in the Operation Teapot MET shot in 1955. Operation Teapot - WikipediaStrangely, even though this is nearly 70 year old technology, all mention of THOREX was removed from the Oak Ridge website some months ago. I noticed this because I intended to include a document describing THOREX as part of an answer here on Quora. Quoting that previous post:“There appears to be a concerted effort to suppress public knowledge of the utility of U233 for use in nuclear weapons. The following blog post, otherwise accurate, includes a link to a long-ago-declassified Oak Ridge report on the “THOREX” process developed by the Union Carbide chemical company to purify reactor-produced U233. This is, broadly speaking, the same procedure currently followed to purify plutonium for use in weapons. This is needed because impurities inevitably result from the same neutron bombardment in a reactor that produces plutonium-239 and uranium-233. Although “raw” plutonium and U-233 can still be used as bomb fuel, it is much more desirable to get the good stuff through additional “reprocessing”.But I mention all of this because I noticed some time ago that the Oak Ridge THOREX paper had vanished from their website. The blog below evidently linked to the same report. I have tried several times to find it elsewhere on the web and it has apparently been removed entirely—perhaps it has been reclassified. Which would be curious if true, since THOREX was invented in the 1950s.Thorium Nuclear Bombs (Shorter Version)All of which is the epitome of “closing the barn door after the horses got out”, not least because in my opinion it is probable that Nazi Germany used U233 in its nuclear weapons R&D more than 70 years ago. WWII Imperial Japan was also aware of the potential of U233 for use in bombs; this was mentioned by the IJN’s lead nuclear scientist, Bunsaku Arakatsu, at a military-scientific conference at Lake Biwa, Japan, a few weeks prior to the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.”William Pellas's answer to Which countries have hydrogen bombs?Aerial View of Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Oak Ridge, TN.It should be noted that exceptionally pure weapons-grade P-239 can be produced via electromagnetic means in a cyclotron. However the output of all but the most gargantuan and powerful cyclotrons and/or their derivative technologies is very small. For this reason, the Manhattan Project utilized cyclotrons to produce minute quantities of highly pure plutonium for experiments—though many dozens of “Calutrons” (much improved cyclotrons) were used as part of the overall uranium enrichment process at Oak Ridge.Calutron - WikipediaCyclotron or accelerator-driven technology as a means of building very small reactors is a favorite theme of many nuclear power advocates in the present day.New pint sized particle accelerator leads the way to clean nuclear energyThe high current cyclotron complex for an electronuclear way of production of energyNew Molten Salt Thorium Reactor Powers Up for First Time in Decades - ExtremeTechIt is my understanding that cyclotrons or similar devices can be utilized in the production of U-233 but a quick search of the web does not seem to show any direct link. It seems to me that I have seen something to this effect in the past. If anyone more knowledgeable than I am would like to weigh in with better information, please feel free to respond in the comments section below. In any event, at least three nations—the US, Russia, and India—have detonated thermonuclear bombs that were powered at least in part by U-233. I have heard scuttlebutt to the effect that at least one of the devices set off by India during its last round of testing twenty-plus years ago was a gun-type U-233 bomb. Again I do not have reliable documentation to this effect and reliable information from informed sources is welcome.Gun-type fission weapon - WikipediaSo far as is known, all US gun-type weapons have been fueled by U-235, including all nuclear artillery shells such as the W33 and the earlier W9.
