It’s possible. Horse racing occurs all around the world, and there are several races on every race card. So, moving east to west and depending which tracks were running, you could start your race day with races in New Zealand, Australia and Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, the Middle East, Russia, Europe, then farther west to the Americas. Most tracks don’t run year round, but in major racing countries at least, at least one track will be operating at least part of the week. Add to that the fact that betting sites feature different types of racing at the same time: flat thoroughbred racing, harness racing, quarter horse racing, and possibly jumps racing. I could start watching racing at Tampa Bay at 12:44 Eastern and not stop until Los Alamitos was done at 10:16 Pacific (way past my bedtime).I get TVG on my satellite network, and it often happens that races will go off at almost the same time at different tracks. They show one live and the other on tape delay. And they usually show races from three or four tracks during a show.

His evidence for this is that current Tory economics front loads tariffs and state subvention and eschews free trade and free enterprise to retain the Northern English blue collar vote that gave them their majority.Now the UK wants to use Ireland as a hostage to bludgeon their way to an EU deal. The evidence is that Scotland is being held back and would do much better on their own.It is necessary, in economic fairness and to fulfil a basic tenet of economics, Ceteris Parabus (all things being equal) to look at the opposing side of the ledger. Here we use exactly the same evidence. The HDI 2019. Here we find that the UK surged up the HDI between 2009 and 2019 from 21st place to 15th place.We can say that the HDI evidence is a tie.The current COVID-19 response and recession can act as our tie-breaker. The death rate in Ireland is half that of the UK (The UK did very well after losing two weeks that were not lost in Ireland). The Recession is 20% deep in the UK. The Recession is 12% deep in the EU. The Recession is 6% deep in Ireland. This is because their economy is widely dispersed and international with Big Pharma, Big Tech and Big Online and other trading sectors buffering them from the COVID-19 downturn.Small and agile economies like Scotland will become do very well.Norway, Ireland, Singapore, Switzerland, Denmark and New Zealand all populate the upper regions of the HDI.Ireland, Denmark and New Zealand have the same population as Scotland about 5 million. All are situated peripherally in some way. Scotland can model themselves more successfully on these countries than on the UK.There is very little mention of Ireland because it is too good a model for Scotland and too good a rationale for Scottish Independence.Scotland is being held back. Scotland has a strong presence in the US and Australia that can be leveraged as successfully to fast forward development as in Ireland.My advice is simple. Front load education. Education is the thoroughbred in the race for development. Scotland will be independent within fifteen years and possibly sooner. Prioritise education now and when you are independent.
