That depends on the contracting laws in your state of residence. Most states have degrees of licensing and a licensed general contractor (GC) is typically at the top of the heap. All trades (electrician, plumber, HVAC, carpenter, roofer, etc.) in states where licensing is required, have their own license that allows them to contract work specifically for their scope of work. A general contractor license allows one to contract the overall job or project and the general then subcontracts out the various scopes of work to the individually licensed trades. The project permit is issued in the name of the GC.Some states are lax in these requirements while others are very strict. Licencing requires knowledge and verifiable experience. Education in some states can substitute for both. An architect or engineer for example, can obtain a general contractors license without the field experience, but few do due to the greater liability associated with being a GC.Some states are easy to become licensed general contractor in and others are very difficult. When I obtained my FL GC license, the exam was two days long and had a 20% pass rate. I was in that exam room with many that had taken the test 4 or 5 times previously, and it was only given in Orlando which meant three days in a hotel, meals, etc., all of which are the individuals responsibility. I understand much is now online and I have no idea how difficult or easy it has become.When you deal with an unlicensed contractor, even though you might be saving money, you are not protected by the law and if anyone should get seriously hurt on your project you might find yourself losing everything you own.

But it certainly wasn’t.See, the thing is that when you’ve to perform a character like Khilji which is very loud then there are tons of scope in acting. But it is different when your character has to do most of the work by eyes and voice only.It’s like - remember the Movie Dark Knight Rises? Tom Hardy as Bane?Full face covered and only eyes were visible. Still he managed to do an incredible job.Now let’s come to Shahid.1.) Padmaavat: Dialogue delivery was too good. He was certainly better than Ranveer. (Overshadowed by Ranveer)2.) Udta Punjab: A rockstar + A psychologically hurt man + A drug addict (Overshadowed by Alia)3.) Haider: Transformation from a college student to… well this.4.) Kaminey: The way he StutterAnd now let’s look at some ‘Normal’ characters played by him.5.) Jab We Met:6.) Vivah:And the list goes on and on and on…..I think he is underrated because he still is not considered as good as Ranbir or Ranveer whereas he has done some great movies and has played some awesome characters. He should be appreciated more.
