You'll more likely than not be issued a new Washington license if you apply for one and pass the required tests for it.Here's where things might get hinky:If your employer or future employer (as I assume that the move is work-related) runs a background check upon you, they'll discover the license suspension. You'll have to both explain the matter and address if you want to obtain the job. The background check itself may trigger something in New York and they may be able to put any fines or fees into collections which may injure your credit if you don't pay promptly.You may get arrested - If you are, then the NCIC search done will almost certainly reveal the suspension. If New York State has issued a warrant for you, then the police where you are arrested may try to hold you for an additional period of time until New York notifies them that they are declining to extradite you. Several additional days in lockup could cost your job and potentially thousand of more dollars if you vehicle is impounded and the matter proceeds to trial.New York might scour the US looking for you - States are strapped for cash. Many are looking into unpaid fines and liens as a source of capital and more than a few are finding it to be exceptionally lucrative. If New York decides to either look for you and then send you a dunning letter or they hire a outside collection firm, either one could notify Washington and then you won't have a valid license until you both pay off your debt AND you'll still need to have the warrant out against you taken care of.Contact New York BEFORE you move to WA.Explain that you want to pay your fines.Give them a Montana address and phone number and do NOT tell them that you are moving or have any plans to move.

In great extent, swimming and climbing both are most beautiful sports and we all know that beauty lies in a danger because beauty is unavoidable and unattainable. I love both of these two sports. It is good to climb and then to swim. When you climb you are in the high spirits of flying and when you swim, you are in the hiding spirits of relax.Try it, but safely, you can climb safely and you can swim safely. If you live in six months in the high altitude and another six months for low altitude, you will be always healthy. It makes the balance. Oceans and mountains both are attractive like the two different poles of magnet.I am neither expert in climbing nor swimming but I have tried both of these sports and I feel immensely happy, healthy and young too.In climbing, you have danger of falling or swiped by avalanche and in swimming, you have chance of drowning or killed by sea animals. But if we take measurement and precaution of our physical limits, we can minimize the risk. All I can say that I love swimming and climbing because I think that it is like a balanced diet to live a balanced life.
