What I dread most is having a pending deadline to launch a project, and we still are having issues with the product.Sometimes it simply is because the tooling does not work (I work a lot with injection molding, so we on occasion have process issues where the tooling needs more venting, gate locations change to improve fill, etc.)The problem is that fixing lingering issues requires both time and manpower. The work may not take that long to perform, but you need to realize that there are others who are also competing for design or machine time. So a significant amount of time is spent on queue time (as in, get in the back of the line).Just this week I had a design review to address a customer complaint. We met earlier in the week and discussed two approaches to solve the problem, and the designer was going to model both, and we would reconvene to select the best option.Except she got pulled off that to work on another hot project. So, for a few days it had to sit. And my customer wanted an update!Yet, I’m the technical point of contract, and people at the top don’t want to hear that we didn’t have resources. In their minds, I had a week, and there have been no results. In my mind it’s because you assigned everyone to do something else. Guess whose project is going to win?

Tick those questions which are of essence or of different level. From every chapter tick between 10-30( it sud cover all types). Before two days of exam go through these tick mark question at one go. For eg:- it hardly took me 4-5 hrs to complete all the questions at one go at first time and by the time i was well acquainted with the question it used to take only 2 hrs. It will give you great confidence before the exam. You willl have less chance for doing anything wrong. Most of the time you can tick just by seeing the questions.For english:- though i am not such a pro in english but i can suggest few things. One word substitution is very important and it will cover 3/6 synonyms as well. Pls read my answer for how to improve vocubulary to get the idea for how to do it. Also "rules" are of great importance it directly benfits you for sentence improvement/ fill in the blanks and sentence correction.Tier 1 is very crucial and what we lack is practice before facing this examination, so it is better if you can give as much mocks as possible before you go for tier 1. That way you will be able to reduce silly mistakes and you'd be able to solve question in time and also you will be full of confidence. Few things should be done in tier 1Dont waste your time on 1 question.Stratagize the paper prudently.Divide the time and dont cross that for the sake of your confidence.My sequence for pre was reasoning then english then gk in 1 hrs or 1.10 with omr filled and then maths. You can choose differenct pattern also as per your choice.It is better if you follow these rules but always remember that practice makes a men perfect.
