Most places, such as “Motels” have a designated box usually at the reception area or nearby where one may fill out a hospitality questionnaire, placing it in a box placed at desk surface and it'll be collected, then dealt with. Also, you doubt have to give any personal information about yourself.

The question is what you can do when you ARE IN Orange.The questionnaire should indicate what he means by IN orange.
