They have carved their ways through their hard work to give you & fellow aspirants a decent upbringing. We understand that success is not easy to come.We want our children to give their best. We know that result will be dependant on lot of factors including luck. If you are serious about your studies and you have spoilt your paper then you have not done a crime.Make your family a partner in your joys and sorrows. They will always understand you if you are transparent.Be honest with your parents as we trust blindly on our children. It's ok to get a scolding for being honest.120 marks means that if you cover your weak areas then you can touch 180 or even more in coming attempts.Once you get your marks then you can tell that you made lot of silly mistakes and your shift had all the toppers but this is just a damage control to ensure that they are not hurt that you lied.All the best.

Selection of your soapYes ! Have you ever wondered which soap is perfect for your body ? Sadly most of us might not know this thing.The various soaps shown below must have claimed in their advertising that their soap is the best. Well why don't you decide yourself if there's a way !Each soap packet especially a toilet bar provides you some details and basic information. Just see the part where the TFM ( Total Fatty Matter ) rating is given and this will help you find your best soap .TFM is the total amount of fatty matters ( acids ) that is separted from a sample after splitting with mineral acid like HCl .Soaps are graded according to their rating as 1 , 2 or 3 where grade 1 being the best quality . Now you will wonder how do they grade . At grade 3, one student failed all subjects. And that was me. The Headmaster called on my father.My father could not stop the words repeating in his ears, “One student failed all subjects and that’s your son.”We were staying at a govt flat at 9th floor as he was a public servant. My study table was close to the window at the south, I would love the view and the breeze through it. But today was a different feeling of it. Fear.In the evening my father entered my room. He looked at me with his cool eyes as I was sitting on my study chair. He spoke no words but straightway walked to my table. Took all my books and then started tearing each and every page of the books one by one into as smallest pieces as was possible by his bare hands. My mother standing back at the door was watching silently with all fears in her face.Then my father threw out all those pieces of the torn books through the window. All in front of my eyes.I was watching the pieces falling down as if they were feathers of dead pigeons. My heart was torn and it was like flying down too to the ground with those pieces of dead feathers.I did not go out of my room again that night. I did not have my dinner, and I did not sleep.At dawn, I secretly walked out of the flat. Walked to the bus station. The bus took me to a river terminal from where I took a launch towards our remote village. In the afternoon I arrived at our village home where my 70-plus grandma would live alone.My grandma misunderstood that I had been beaten by my father. She hugged me and said, “Okay, from now you will stay with me. I will get you admitted to the school here. But you have to accept getting whatever food, as I can’t cook everyday, you know I am often sick.” I agreed.My grandma asked me which books she should buy for me. I said grade 3 and grade 4 and she got them for me immediately.It was 1978. A damn poverty-ridden Bangladesh, just after the worst famine after her birth in 1971. Almost 85% of the country did not have electricity coverage. Even a lantern as below was a luxury for the average rural people. My grandma would not afford one, too.So, I would use this, at its smallest possible flame to save kerosine.By evening around 8pm the entire village would go into silence of like a dead night, when I would light this candle and start quietly going through every page of the books, one by one. And during the day time, as usual, I would wander around the village and playing with other boys of my age.It was an enlightening time by itself. I finished all the books just in two weeks as far as I remember.My grandma took me to the nearby school. I would apply for grade 4.The Headmaster started interviewing me. “So you haven’t brought along the TC, how do I know you have passed grade 3?”I looked at him eye to eye, “You can ask me any question from any chapter of any book of the either grade (of 3 and 4), sir.”The Headmaster got wowed, “What??”“Yes sir.” I confirmed with my eyeballs unrolled.I was tested, I passed and was admitted in grade 4.At the year end final, I was the first of all. The First Boy in grade 5.I kept on living with my grandma, rocking the schools through to my high school final year in 1984. All the way First Boy and finishing the final year in distinction!My father hit on my heart. Tossed and torched my head, for ever. I became a different boy from that evening.Had not it happened that evening, I could have been completely a different man today.All my love for you guys, my father and my grandma.
