Do you mean a CDL test (I am not sure what a CDS test is)? CDL (commercial driver’s license) requires 20/40 or better corrected vision in each eye. I certainly wouldn’t remind to any test site that you have corneal dystrophy. Most dystrophies requires a slit lamp to detect them so irregardless of what a CDS actually is, you are probably safe.
