No.We have a general idea of whether a medication is generic, or brand name, newer, or more expensive.But we are not allowed to know the price, it is “secretive” due to deals cut by the prescription management corporations with the insurers and pharmacies. So they will never flat out tell us how much anything costs. We typically have a “ball park-ish” idea.The only way we can ever know is looking at Walmart. They have some flat pricing and we can get a better idea from them. But this is only for common, generic meds. Mostly, they are just as good as any other meds. For example, Walmart has insulin for $25 bucks. It is the insulin we used to use 25–30 years ago, and the latest research tells us it is JUST AS GOOD as the $400 per pen type of insulin that we use now, at least for type 2 diabetics.Sometimes, we can look online for the GoodRx price. But IT IS NOT MY JOB to have to deal with this bullshit, as I have so much other things to do. It is not fair to ask me to know what your copay is or what your benefits manager has negotiated for you. Life is hell.If you don’t want to buy a bunch of drugs, I will suggest that you stop smoking, stop drinking, start exercising, and avoid refined carbohydrates like the poison that they are. No doctor can fix everything with a pill, no matter how much it costs.

I don't want to disappoint you but in our villages guns and swords are drawn for even 6 inch of land. Most murders and civil cases between cousins in rural areas are due to land disputes such as one person plouging too close to mud boundry between fields and thus over the seasons grabbing land from neighbors.Any thoughts of cooperative farming is a utopian socialist dream of former Soviet Union era which was imposed by power of state with disastrous economic consequences. This should have been abandoned in 1991 itself with fall of USSR. Because stupidity.After killing for an inch of land, they will spend lakhs of rupees to bribe policemen, lawyers and to avoid judicial punishment.In that amount of money they could have bought an acre of land.Important Note :- Amul is more of a well managed corporation than a cooperative. Its business model is totally different from “the dream farmer cooperatives” of few intellectuals.
