Comments from Our Customers

No Customer Support. CocoDoc took my money and there is ZERO customer support. Don't sit there and lie and make it look like everything works great. That would be a lie. No way to submit a customer support ticket, order number does not work, confirmation codes never sent out. Why can't we talk to a real person? Updated 7/9/19: I am unable to save documents because PDFelement says I must register. Register where??? Also, it will not allow me to go into PDFelement and Login in. It comes up with an error message... "The count of binded devices has reached its limit of 2, please disable the current binded device. (Disable Devices)." What in the world does that mean??? I have installed and removed PDFelement 7 Pro at lease 12 times after getting disgusted with the difficulty in getting a human being in Customer Support to help. Your phone number in Canada makes no sense how to call it. CocoDoc does not support online Chat for PDFelement. No emails to contact anyone. Several different CocoDoc web links do not function or go nowhere. Strange error messages that make no sense... "System Issue"???. Links to Sales Support go nowhere or unanswered. So many different issues and no one in CocoDoc to easily contact.
