I’ve also worked at a Kumon for two years.Safeties (or maybe just “Safety” singular):Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University: Daytona Beach- Accepted; $17,000 per year scholarship. (Kinda knew I was gonna get in here, but they had a fee waiver and a great Aerospace Engineering program so why not? If my other option doesn’t work out I’ll go here)Targets:Georgia Tech- Rejected (Kinda bummed out by this because their average SAT scores and GPA were way below mine, and this school was the first to send out their decisions; maybe the 700 in Physics was a turn-off for someone wanting to go into Aerospace?)NYU- Waitlisted (Didn’t really care much for this one, even though it had the same situation as Georgia Tech)Reaches (or maybe just “Reach” singular):Johns Hopkins- Accepted(I am literally still in denial that this school accepted me, especially since I live in Rockville, so it’s barely an hour from home. Bad news is, I kinda applied for financial aid a few months past their deadline, so I’m waiting for a decision on that. If that goes through though, you bet your sorry ass I’m going here!)EDIT: Good news! They accepted my (late) request of financial aid! See you guys in 2023, only this time my skin won’t be the only thing I’ll wear that’s black!EDIT #2: Wow this is blowing up! Just wanted to say that NYU later accepted me after the waitlist, not that it will ever influence my decision in going to JHU. I appreciate the sentiment, though! : ^)

Maybe.You can’t “just do it”.You would need an excellent reason for why you couldn’t use your four years of NCAA eligibility within the first five years of your college attendance.Then with that excellent reason, and supported by the athletic director of your current college, your College would petition the NCAA for a waiver for you.However, there are a lot of Club sports on college campuses and you can easily expend your time and energy playing club sports. My MIT men’s soccer team (graduate students) routinely beat the MIT varsity soccer team (granted that is D-3, but still).
